Great experience! Our waitress was very friendly, the atmosphere was very clean, and the food was fantastic! We got a house salad, garlic knots, and a pizza.. half white and half buffalo chicken. Definitely coming back!

The meatballs were delicious. The French onion soup was very good (although extremely cheesey). The cocktails were tasty and the kids all enjoyed their meals.

Been here 6x and everything tastes great - always accommodating due to my gluten free needs, n every meal has been super amazing. The only thing was tonight we went early which meant the oven wasn't super hot, also it was the first time this year it's been below freezing out, which made the center of the pizza a slight bit doughy but didn't matter because most of it was coming home and the reheat in the oven will crisp it up for my husband. Thanks Mill River Tavern for an amazing spot we drive from Feeding Hills to hang out & eat great food.

The Mill River Tavern never disappoints. I ordered the penne à la vodka with chicken and it was perfection, creamy without being heavy, full of flavor, and served hot. It hit the spot in the coziest way, especially for this time of year.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the cocktails were mixed perfectly, and our waitress was absolutely wonderful, attentive, friendly, and on point with everything.

Super old building on the Mill River. You can hear it gurgling if you sit outside on the back porch. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. Wood fired pizza and delicious burgers. Extensive beer selection and great ice tea!
This is a 5 Star for sure! Didn't took pictures because I wanted to eat and honestly it looks so good that I just didn't. As a chef I have to say. This has been the best wings I had in a long time. So so delicious! Pizza was of course incredible. But the dry wings?! Well well, we will come back for sure.

We went to waxwing first and they were rude and unwelcoming. They told us it would be 20 minutes before they even took our orders so we left.
I called the Grill to ask if we needed reservations because of this. The person on the phone was friendly and polite and they said yes sometimes but right now we have tables open.
Its actually quite beautiful inside. And pumping! Wow, were they busy.
We sat outside, trying to enjoy the last wisps of whatever heat the trails of summer have left us haha
We got our menus and as soon as I saw homemade meatballs, I became very excited.
We only ordered starters as it was almost 7 pm and we were famished.
We got the dusted chicken wings- slightly spicy and perfectly crispy. Fresh crisp vegetables and blue cheese. Fantastic.
The arugula salad was generously sized with a gorgeous vinaigrette perfect parmesan and pancetta! We even had enough meat left to take home to our fur children.
The meatballs. Lord have mercy they were some of the best meatballs I have ever had! And the sauce….wow! Knock your socks off. My italian american friend (first generation!) WOULD approve.
We also got the nachos which were the only “meh” part of the order. Too much cheese not enough veg. But considering how everything else was FABULOUS I really dont care.

We were so excited to try their brunch. Google says they’re open Sundays for brunch from 10am-3;00pm. Their website says they’re closed. Drove over at 11:15am and the doors are locked with no note or anything
