Someone told us about The Mill River Tavern, we had to go try it, I can say it’s a hidden gem in Hatfield. We first ordered a drink (great selection of beers) and had to try the pizza, we ordered all hamburger, onions and 1/2 mushrooms. The pizza was great and was out really fast. Later on the waitress came over to us with another pizza. She tells us, we made your first pizza wrong and want to know if you want this one to take home, free? We declined but were very grateful and...

We recently hosted an event at the tavern with 50+ family members and friends. Selina and her staff were kind and extremely accommodating. Wish I lived closer. I would be a regular.

Their pizza is pretty good. Last night someone was seeing with the beer and two of the meals were cold. (Pasta for the chicken parm and meatballs for the side dish). The restaurant wasn't busy enough to send out cold food. The waitress was very nice.
