Poor quality and no flavor… orders are always wrong whether ordered online or over the phone… done. That was my last time

Quality of beef has gone down from previous years! The super beef has gotten much smaller these days. I’d be scared to see what a small ro regular looks like

The last two times I’ve gotten food here it’s been cold and the pizza’s been undercooked (doughy, cold sauce and cheese shreds). No biggie as I can throw it in the oven, just a bummer that’s it’s happened multiple times. The staff are typically not very friendly, but I’ll chalk it up to teen angst! 😂 this place is a little pricier than other pizza joints, so I wish they were more consistent with quality.

The women at the front desk that took my order was super nice and polite she was great. How ever the cooks obviously heard me ordering the food and I ordered a Smokey Burger with lettuce, tomatos, onions, it already came with bacon and onion rings with it but did not receive the required order that I wanted. It also was not cooked well down either. It was still pink on the inside.
Also the mens bathroom was not sanitary, toilet paper was not inside the container. No where to dry your hands either, not even paper towels.. There the light switch looked disgusting as well. I guaranteed that just like planet fitness of how many do not wash thier hands after using the restroom..
It's also for paid customer's as well btw

Ordered a broiled haddock plate. It was like eating a fork full salt. Rice pilaf had no taste. Threw the entire plate in the trash. My husband ordered fish and chip. Fries and onion rings were on the bottom, soggy from the fish being on top. Will never Order from there again! Horrible. In regards to my previous post, the manager contacted me and was very apologetic. He offered to compensate me with 2 new meals, which were delicious. Thank you for your concern and apologie.

Ordered 2 pizza's and fries for pickup. The fries never made it home they were so delish 😋 the pizza was awesome too, came exactly the way I ordered it. To the hard working employees at Costello's Famous Roastbeef, Seafood and pizza , y'all are Amazing and keep up the great work. Don't ever change those fries 🍟 😋🤣

The atmosphere is nice and everything. It's just they need to train the girls at the counter that if they don't hear someone when they ask them their name don't just guess what they said to say. Excuse me, I didn't hear you and actually find out what their name is.... And I gave it a one star for the food only because I'm reading the chicken parm dinner that I got there. Nothing else is a one star. Just a chicken parm dinner I got was just a mirror three chicken fingers with a bunch of pasta and cheese and watery sauce on the bottom of the aluminum pan.... I mean a lot of water. I basically tilted the tray and dumped all the water out and basically didn't even eat the whole thing because like I said there were three chicken fingers in the whole dinner with a bunch of pasta cheese, oh cheese and watery sauce.. definitely disappointing because I like going to this place but I just know I will never get the chicken parm dinner there again

The manager John is rude and dismissive when they make a mistake on orders. They frequently get orders incorrect.

Got a super sauce and cheese. Barely any sauce and was so dry
Couldn't eat it, I asked for a side of Sauce and they said yes .50 cents and charged my debit card for it.

I spent 37.99 for a lobster roll, it wasn't even lobster it was ground up seafood salad. If I wanted that I could have gone to the grocery store and spent less money.

Ordered two cheeseburger dinners, it was as if an entire jar of mayonnaise was slathered onto them, 100% inedible. Never asked for mayonnaise at all. Was told I would be refunded for the purchase by the manager, was never issued one now a going on a month later.

Order dinner for 5 cheeseburger dinner no onion rings cheeseburger was plain and the roll was soaked with grease,smokey burger no onions very salty ,Alfredo chicken and broccoli dry and burnt,recieved egg rolls that we did not order they were gross.will not go there again after spending $90 .

Use to be excellent but recently take out orders incorrect. Today burned onion rings with almost no batter on them. Scallops smaller than usual. Food has not been as good.
