Haven’t been here for a while but the food was amazing and the staff was great.

Got a super sauce and cheese. Barely any sauce and was so dry
Couldn't eat it, I asked for a side of Sauce and they said yes .50 cents and charged my debit card for it.

I spent 37.99 for a lobster roll, it wasn't even lobster it was ground up seafood salad. If I wanted that I could have gone to the grocery store and spent less money.

Ordered two cheeseburger dinners, it was as if an entire jar of mayonnaise was slathered onto them, 100% inedible. Never asked for mayonnaise at all. Was told I would be refunded for the purchase by the manager, was never issued one now a going on a month later.

Order dinner for 5 cheeseburger dinner no onion rings cheeseburger was plain and the roll was soaked with grease,smokey burger no onions very salty ,Alfredo chicken and broccoli dry and burnt,recieved egg rolls that we did not order they were gross.will not go there again after spending $90 .

Use to be excellent but recently take out orders incorrect. Today burned onion rings with almost no batter on them. Scallops smaller than usual. Food has not been as good.

These guys are just fantastic. Nothing makes for a better pool party than a couple trays of pizza and a tray of their awesome chicken tenders. Everybody will be smiling. It’s the best place. 😊

Ordered a ham and cheese sandwich from Costello’s and was really disappointed. The bread was dry and tasted stale, and the ham had a rubbery, processed texture. The large pieces of onion were inedible. It seemed like very little care went into making it. For the price, I expected something fresher and more satisfying. And the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Wouldn’t order it again.

We used to love Costello’s but their quality control has gone out the window. The last pizza we got was so heavy with cheese and toppings that the breading couldn’t support it. It was a sloppy mess.

It took 45 minutes to prepare two sandwiches and chicken fingers. The girls up front were rude! I could hear the cooks out back discussing my simple order various times like they have never prepared a order before.

Went in on a Friday afternoon during graduation week - the staff was clearly overwhelmed by the amount of orders and at least 15 people walked in to pick up while I was waiting for my food.

Despite the long wait (which is to be expected given it was a Friday night during Graduation Week), the food was delicious and exactly as ordered. The staff did their best to keep up with the immense amount of phone orders and online orders.

While I was there, one lady who was waiting for her food decided to be belligerent and scream at the employees behind the counter while flipping them off - if you're reading this, you are the worst kind of person.

The staff continued to work at an efficient pace and were polite and professional despite the poor nature of the general public.
I highly recommend this place if you are craving sub shop style food - they may get slammed every once and a while, but there is a reason they get so busy - the food is GOOD

Ask for a hamburger. Third time they put cheese on it when i didnt ask for cheese

On a whim I popped in for a ham and cheese calzone- one of the best I’ve ever had! The ham was grilled nicely and not gross and overwhelming like others. Also, got the broiled haddock with rice. Delish!
