To the Customer relations Dept I don't know if it is me or the complainers? But of your wonderful service that you did for the community in the Need of a food during the gas disaster. And you stepped up to the plate of supplying food from your company! Regardless of maybe a few disappointed ex employees discrundled just giving you bad reviews? Toured the facility in Haverhill this year to learn more about the process and verify everything that was being said in our brand dialogue. We were surprised at the cleanliness and attention to process given the perceived "messiness" of the product itself. Very impressive facility. It was like going into the kitchen of your favorite restaurant and realizing they care as much back there as they do about how they present their main dish. Kudos team...nice work.

Let me start by saying I am a renowned chef in my area (I am in my 60s). We ordered a Thanksgiving all-prepared meal from our local grocery store, and the side dishes i.e.: mashed potatoes, stuffing, squash, gravy, (not sure if Turkey is cooked by Hans Kissle Company), cranberry sauce, etc. were all very delicious!Value: Is it worth the money and convenience?
