Heard a lot about this place decided to give it a try. We got a large chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza, large cheese, and the meatballs for an appetizer. The chicken Alfredo pizza was delicious however, it would’ve been much better with way more Alfredo sauce. It was pretty dry. Cheese pizza was average. The kids loved the meatballs. The sauce was really good. Wasn’t acidic at all great flavor. Didn’t take pictures of the cheese pizza or meatballs.

over hyped garbage. owner works his staff to the point of near death. I got fired for leaving work to go to the hospital after getting food poisoning while working the night before.

Everything is fresh and delicious. Was very surprised I could find North End sandwiches in Haverhill. Great job guys!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a delivery order on their website an hour before their closing time and was given a delivery time. 20mins passed their delivery time I called, and no one could give me any info about my order. They kept repeating “we’re closed” and to call back in the morning. Loose apologies and aggressive responses were given on their end when I asked for more information. I have never experienced this with ANY sub shop in any area. I am beyond disgusted by this whole experience, and I can’t give a review on the food because I never tried it and never will after this experience

Ordered delivery and they took over 2.5 hours. When we called they laughed at us. Kept telling us to call Mac because he's the owner. Still haven't gotten a refund and the delivery never showed up. These people are low life crooks. Do not go there .Parking: Do not go

Absolutely the best sandwiches. The Gerald, Gus Gus, Gambino....insanely delicious, sinfully huge. Imagine the best buttery garlic bread and variations of chick parm comfort foods in sandwich form. Haven't ventured out of the sandwich menu yet because they are so perfect. Meatballs on the sub are large and flavorful, some of best ever and so filling that one sub ended up as 4 servings. Only complaint is the location. Parking and getting out of your car next to bumper to bumper traffic. If the parking gods allow. I go; if not, I mournfully pass by.

Ordered takeout from here today for my follow employees. 2 people got chicken Ceasar salads with bacon, no bacon. One person ordered a coke. No coke. The chicken in the Ceasar salads were hard and chewy. Definitely overcooked. No plastic ware included. I always see the rants and raves on FB, but have yet to experience what that is all about. My bf used to get here from work also and thought the same. Not up to par. If you can't remember everything in a takeout order it's a no go.Parking: 2 spots for street parking

Calzones are superb! Super fresh, hot and full of flavor. Buffalo chicken has nice tender cutlets, coated perfectly in buffalo sauce and the pizza dough they use is amazing. The crust where the calzone is sealed is so yummy. Steak and cheese calzone is perfect. Tender steak, nice and cheesy with the same delicious dough. Super friendly helpful service, fast delivery and they have an online ordering site. Love that they deliver - will be my "go to" for days when I need a nice treat for lunch.

Food was delicious! Heard about this place through food groups on social media. Finally got around to giving it a try with the wife. My wife got the Good Fella sandwich which is cutlets with balsamic glaze, tomatoes, mozzarella, and roasted red peppers. I got the bacon cheeseburger. Everything was fresh, and hot. Would definitely recommend and go back!

Literally disgusting. Waited well over an hour for cold food. The pizza tasted like it was made in a dirty mop closet and ordered a chicken finger sub that went straight in the trash. Never again.

It's ok but not someplace I will reorder from. Meatballs are just ok and I'm not a fan of the cutlets or pizza.

Let me start by saying Nellys hands down has the best pizza in Haverhill. Their specialty pizzas are amazing. Tried a steak bomb calzone which was also fantastic. Ok now here comes the negative. This is the second year in a row I have ordered from them for my birthday party. Last year I called in the morning for a 6:00 delivery and the driver showed up finally around 6:40. I have 10+ people waiting at my house for food. Before I could even sign the credit card slip he said something along the lines of "you better be tipping me" and I said what? I ALWAYS tip. 20% or usually more. For any service, any delivery, etc. Even though it was 40 minutes late I was still planning to tip him. This interaction was partially recorded on my door camera. Even after this comment I still tipped him but it really rubbed me the wrong way. He was saying that the owner told him to "ask people for tips" because he wasn't receiving a lot of tips. I think he made that up but that's besides the point. Anyways fast forward a year to today. We had never had any issues picking up ourselves so decided to do pick up this year. Called 5+ hours in advance for a 5:45 pick up and paid over the phone. Well my sister passed by on the way to my house so she offered to pick up. She was there at 5:45 and the pizzas were not even in the oven yet. She did not get the pizzas until 6:08. 23 min after they were supposed to be ready. She said that no one else was in there and didn't seem busy. There is no excuse for the pizzas not to be ready when we called over 5 hours in advance and was told they would be ready at 5:45. After two times I just felt compelled to write this review. I had all of my guests at my house at 6:00 waiting for pizza for the second year in a row. If it was just me I would be a lot more patient but it's honestly embarrassing to have guests over and have the food not ready on time. We have never had a problem when ordering pick up for just my fiancé and I. It's only been when I order ahead for a party. This was extremely frustrating for the second year in a row so I just want to warn anyone who wanted to order ahead for a party to be prepared to wait long after the time you were promised. Next year I unfortunately will have to order elsewhere for my birthday party, but we will continue ordering pick up when it's just the two of us. Unrelated but I miss the loaded potatoes pizza that was one of my all time favorite pizzas.
