Highly recommend Nelly’s for their delicious food and above and beyond customer service when having an allergy. They made an amazing Italian sub on pizza dough that was absolutely delicious and my other half had the Good Fella that he said was top notch! It’s a shame because the food actually tastes good. But their customer service and reliability is horrible. We ordered delivery with a scheduled delivery time so when it hadn’t arrived we called. They said it was on the way and would be there in 20min. Well, 45 min later still no delivery. We called again and they said they were making it. Clearly we were lied to.
