Tried this pizza first time today! and WOWEEE!!! its DELICIOUS! was looking for a new pizza place on DoorDash and seen the pictures of the pizza for this place and couldn't resist! I just had to try it! was delivered looking just as good as the pictures, maybe even better! will definitely order again!

I had a buffalo cauliflower pizza yesterday and it blew my mind. It seized me with some kind of magical spell and I couldn't stop eating until the whole thing had disappeared. I wasn't even able to pause and take a photo. It was a crisp pizza with excellent flavour combinations.
Both staff were friendly and whistling while they worked. My pizza was ready at the correct time, precisely 11:15 am, which surprised me because they only opened at 11. Great job!

Ordered 1 pizza and it came over an hour late… pizza was barely warm very soggy almost up to the crust and just really doesn’t taste good at all. How they have so many locations is wild to me. Delivery driver also greeted me in house slippers

Disappointed. The staff was very nice and helpful but I've been to other Otto's and had much better buffalo chicken pizza. Chicken was rubbery like it was cooked too long and the goat cheese was all in 3 bites, so they were overpowered while the rest completely missed it. Even spread is make or break with that kind of pizza, oh well. Kids didn't mind the cheese so I really do think its a topping issue. Hope to see improvement whenever we find our way back here!
