Chicken fingers were really delicious. First time here, none of the menu boards (TVs) were on, and there were no paper menus. Was really awkward and the girl at register just stared at me. Finally just went on my phone to figure out what they had and just picked chicken fingers since I could obviously pick those. I would've ordered more becuase it smelled really good but I didn't know what some items were (not labeled) and the useless plastic "covid" barrier between her and I made it really hard to hear each other. Not sure if I'll go back, really hoped to find a good chicken spot.

First time ordering from there. Didn't know that they also served Spanish food. It was really good white rice, pinto beans platano maduro and of course the pollo.. ?
I'm new to Haverhill Massachusetts and have yet to find some food with flavor. Someone at work recommended this restaurant. I tried it tonight and we arrived 30 mins till close. The customer service was prompt and pleasant. The restaurant didn't smell funny. They were out of rice and beans for the evening so we opted for the plantains instead. They said it would be about 7 mins. She gave us a realistic time expectation and and the food arrived right on time. I made it home 10 mins later and my food was still piping hot and the whole chicken was seasoned and juicy. The price was fair in my opinion and we will be going back for a second visit.

Flavorful tasty chicken. Pork could be a lil but more crispier but still good. Wish there was Spanish rice unless I missed it. Wish there was more options for a Spanish entrees

Will not be going back here. I tried to call in an order for pick up and was told they were too busy. I live down the street so I drove down the street in less than 2 minutes and no one was in there the place was empty. The woman behind the counter was just rude bad attitude and service. It's too bad too with them being so close I would of went back the food was decent.

The food is great! The cashiers are great there are certain staff that are rude talking to the customers because the look stressed out. For example: i order rice and beans an i asked to see how big the containers are so i can determine if it would be enough for my party, but the person that asked me how be only said ‘ it would be enough for 2 people and walked around ignoring me while she chew a chicken.Like i obviously don’t eat like her and I see the containers everyday but is that professionalism that could improve the experience of a client.

First time I called they hang up, I called again they told me it’s ready for pickup now. When I get there I told them I order over the phone and my order should be ready ( which my order was not ready). The cashier started yelling to her coworker to cut the chicken the next time she won’t take my order. This person is completely out of line and unprofessional I only had a few minutes to go and pick up my food so I had to leave. I would never order from this place again!!!!!!
