Chicken fingers were really delicious. First time here, none of the menu boards (TVs) were on, and there were no paper menus. Was really awkward and the girl at register just stared at me. Finally just went on my phone to figure out what they had and just picked chicken fingers since I could obviously pick those. I'm new to Haverhill Massachusetts and have yet to find some food with flavor. Someone at work recommended this restaurant. I tried it tonight and we arrived 30 mins till close. The customer service was prompt and pleasant. The restaurant didn't smell funny. They were out of rice and beans for the evening so we opted for the plantains instead. The food is great! The cashiers are great there are certain staff that are rude talking to the customers because the look stressed out. For example: i order rice and beans an i asked to see how big the containers are so i can determine if it would be enough for my party, but the person that asked me how be only said ‘ it would be enough for 2 people and walked around ignoring me while she chew a chicken.Like i obviously don’t eat like her and I see the containers everyday...read full review
