Horrible, every time I go there. I ask for light ice and I feel like they intentionally put so much ice that I can barely put the straw in my cup. I get that it saves Starbucks money every customer, but when they have extremely ridiculous prices in the first place I would appreciate that when I have a request they are willing to fulfill it.
