Hoping today was an off day. Decided to make a visit since I was in the area. I had my son with me and we ordered 6 steak tacos to go with everything on the side (first I asked if they could do this and they said yes) The first warning should have been the tiny bag but we drove home and couldn’t believe what we received for $27! Based on the reviews, Tacos Lupita is a delicious and authentic Mexican restaurant. The food is as good as customers remember from previous visits, with the roasted pork burrito being one of the most flavorful things ever tasted, featuring perfect texture. The carne asada, burrito, quesadilla, tacos, rice and beans, and horchata are all so good that customers place orders to go. The torta de pollo al pastor is also very good. The little things like the pico, salsa verde, and tortillas are tastier and of better quality than big companies, and the prices are much less expensive. The new location looks a little corporate inside, but the parking lot, though tight, is great. The restaurant is very clean, organized, and well kept, with a welcoming and comfortable environment. The service and atmosphere are good, and customers do not mind waiting in line for the quality product. Overall, it is the best Mexican restaurant ever visited, offering fair prices where you get what you pay for.
