Over all it's just fast food that we all keep going back to. The biggest problem is the employees. I went through the other night and the larger man behind the window was very rude. From taking my order to case out he came off very rash like he didn't want to be there. I then visited a few nights later to get food for my kids and his fake attempt of being nice was not any better.
No complaints about the food or service received on any of my multiple visits in the past. If you have been to one wendy's, you havebeen to all wendy's. its exactly what you expect it to be.
I'm a 1-2 time per week customer. And I always tip. They always screw up my order when Jennifer (the manager) is not there. I just ordered a JBC and it had no bacon. And other times my fries have been forgotten. The first couple of times I let slide, but now I'm checking to see who's working. I have allergies and I'd like to know that you're paying attention to what I say....
