I'm regular at this Dunks. the coffee is always fresh. great staff. clean, all around great location.
I asked the gentleman to make my brown sugar shake and espresso.Hey, certain ways when way and he not only catered to my needs, but he nailed it.It was amazing i will definitely come back to this location and hope to see him again 😊
I don’t usually care to write reviews but after the customer service I had received today I thought I needed to share, I went to my local dunks this morning and made a order but I messed it up and I went up to the window and spoke to Carlos about me messing up my own order and asked if he could fix an he made me feel like I was not a burden to ask and was very happy to do it. That’s the kind of service I would love to see more of…..thank you again Carlos!!!!!!!
