The restaurant is located on the first floor, with two doors that may not have automatic opening options, but the helpful staff is diligent in assisting guests. The menu features a variety of reasonably priced kids' meals, as well as all-you-can-eat rib-lets or boneless wings, and a selection of good pub-style food and drink specials. Customers have praised the attentive and friendly service, with waitstaff like Cerena K going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Popular dishes include the Bourbon Street Burger with Swiss cheese, mushrooms, onions, and garlic mayonnaise, as well as shrimp bowl and chicken Alfredo, which are both highly recommended. The restaurant offers good value for the quality of food and service, making it a place many are eager to visit again. The atmosphere can vary, and staff are encouraged to maintain a balanced environment, especially during busy times, to ensure comfort for all guests. Although the restaurant can get busy, the helpful staff and variety of menu options contribute to a positive dining experience.
