My favorite restaurant because the food is consistently delicious and the service is next to none. Also, the restaurant itself is such a beautiful space. I've been going for years and the attention to detail in all aspects of Alma Nove make it the best restaurant on the south shore, by far!

The food was excellent! The arugula salad was fresh, dressing was on the side as requested. The prosciutto wrapped cod was delicious. Just the right serving size. Our server, not so much. Barely checked on us. We had to ask another staff member for the bill because we were waiting for a very long time after finishing dinner. When he did arrive, he brought dessert menus without the bill. I told him we had waited a long time and wanted the bill. I was charged for the gluten-free bread that arrived at the end of my meal, although I did not order it. This experience will not deter me from returning to the restaurant, but I will likely request not to be seated in the section where server Anthony works.

Atmosphere is excellent but the food was just mediocre. We’ve gone many times and we were so disappointed this time. Our waitress was sweet but we were missing silverware, and had to ask twice for water - she was just unpolished- not our regular experience. Mushy overcooked brussel sprouts- but dessert was delicious.

We tried the new Sunday Brunch menu and it was delicious! The food was amazing and included breakfast options as well as lunch items. There was live music and a vibrant atmosphere. And the service was outstanding. This is a great addition to the south shore brunch options. I highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience! We dined here for a family event, and were blown away by the incredible food and fantastic customer service. Our waitress Mary Beth was great. She was personable, friendly, quick, and gave great recommendations. She made us feel right at home. Michelle (who I believe was a hostess) also came by the help us out, talked to us, and was incredibly friendly. I had ordered the sweet potato gnocchi and thought it was delicious! A great herby flavor, and a generous portion size. Other members of my family had ordered the Tortellacci and were also impressed. The drink menu is also great, and full of puns, which I appreciated. There is also a sizable amount of barrel aged cocktails, which I feel is not something you see in every bar or restaurant. The dessert menu is also delicious, I ordered the chocolate smore's cake and really enjoyed it. While the food here was absolutely delicious, what really stood out to my family was the promptness and kindness of the staff. We're already figuring out when we can stop by again.
