So frustrating they don't take cards. We were from out of town and had to get cash to pay for our order. The bagel was edible.

Super tasty bagels and a wide assortment of flavors (I had an olive oil rosemary, but I was tempted by the sunflower seed or the egg with poppy seeds).My sandwich was delicious (egg and cheese with a tomato)It was also super affordable (8.75 for my sandwich plus a plain bagel for a friend), just be aware that they do not take card. They did let me come back with the money though, for which I was grateful.They do have teas and coffees and more lunch-type sandwich toppings (I want to try the sprouts on a tuna maybe).They have a lot out front and on the side, and the doors are wide enough for a wheelchair (no stairs).Also, they are a busy place, but super efficient, so I didn’t wait more than a minute or two, even though there was a line.Highly recommend.

It has been said that bagels are where flavor and tradition come together. In these days where specialization can be a trap for the unwary -- a good bagel place in Massachusetts can be hard to come by. They exist but you have to look beyond the average coffee shop. Atlantic is an unassuming bagel place where they toss out hugs of goodness with great flavor. Grab a salt bagel (my favorite) and choose from the wide variety of cream cheeses. I'm not a particular fan of their bagel sandwiches, but maybe I am part of the dying breed who wants to enjoy a bagel all by its lonesome. Don't be intimidated by the long line -- staff makes quick work of those with an army behind the counter. Be sure to get there early though or else face the dreaded "no more bagels" sign.

This bagel had to be probably one of the smallest bagels I have ever received in my life. I asked for a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese-- which I did get a healthy serving of cream cheese! But the sheer tininess of this bagel makes it not worth it at all. I'm giving two stars because the staff was pleasant, but not at all worth the trip, you'd be better off at Dunkin

I grew up in NJ with terrific bagels, hot from the ovens. The bagel I bought here , cinnamon raisin, a few days ago was so bad. I don’t know think people around here realize what a decent bagel tastes like. My bagel was eaten plain and it was so salty from first bite to last that I had to choke it down. I would have thrown it away but I was in the airport and hungry. It tasted like someone threw a handful of salt in the dough, not realizing it was not the right dough for it. It had only a few raisins and they were pieces at that. Just a terrible excuse for a bagel.

I came in today for some coffee and a breakfast sandwich before my son's early football game. I realized right after I ordered that they only accept cash or check so I quickly canceled. The nice gentleman behind the counter told me it's ok and I can come back later to pay. I told him I dont come around here often so it's ok just let me cancel the order but he assured me that they started the order already and it's ok. I was so grateful for his generosity. Needless to say the coffee and breakfast sandwich was delicious. I just want to thank you the nice gentleman. He definitely made my morning.

I walked a mile to get a bagel today. My 3rd time here, and I think about this place every time I get a bagel anywhere else. Of course, I live in CA, and our bagels are just not East Coast bagel deliciousness ! Get the lox !!

Atlantic Bagel is old school - no credit cards. I had an Everything with egg & cheese. Adequate.
