Had been out of state for over 6 years and hadn't had a Bertuccis pizza for about the same time. To say I was very excited would be an understatement. I was even more excited when I was told I could do half a half pizza! So I got half Sporkie and half Silano. Both delicious specialty pizzas. They came out looking like 2 leftover halves from the day b4. The Milano pizza, chicken broccoli in a white wine cream sauce. Nothing was cooked together in the sauce, so the chicken was dry. The broccoli had no seasoning, and the dough was dry like cardboard. The Sporkie at least looked and tasted like it should, albeit being pretty much cold. The Bertuccis rolls and oil for dipping were the same as always, so that was good!

Food was excellent but the bathroom has had a broken toilet stall door for months now. I offered to repair it and they got me a screwdriver but didn't have any hardware to do it. Also, no soap in either soap dispenser ?

If you ever find yourself here and get the pleasure of being served by Khaira, consider yourself lucky. Khaira’s service is so delightful, I’m starting to think they might be part wizard. From recommending the perfect pasta to keeping the bread basket full, they manage to do it all with a smile that could melt even the most stubbornly frozen tiramisu. I’m not saying Khaira’s magical, but when I asked for a refill, it arrived faster than a lightning bolt—after all, they are practically a superhero in the world of Italian cuisine. Grazie, Khaira, for making our dining experience as delightful as a perfectly aged Chianti!

I’ve only had takeout here recently but everytime the food is just awesome. I’ve had the pizza, bread and oil, salad, and pasta with meat sauce and everything was great. The portion on the pasta was huge. Easily enough for 4-6 servings. I can’t wait to try eating inside!

I called the Hingham Restaurant to arrange for a large catering order to be delivered the following Sunday. I spoke with Kiley who went above and beyond making helpful suggestions for the event that I was arranging. She knew exactly what people would appreciate. The food arrived hot and right on time. You can tell that everyone enjoyed their pizza and desert by the fact that there was nothing left. Thank you to Kiley and her Hingham team for making it a successful event!
I recently put an order in for pick up for the following day. There was a mixup with the order so I wasn’t going to get it in time. Their employee Jordan kindly delivered the pizza to my meeting, so that we still would get it on time and reimbursed me for the order. Amazing customer service! Also, the pizza was delicious as always.
