We have been traveling from South Plymouth to Hingham for Brueggers Bagels because they had been the best bagels. After the renovation and re-opening, the bagels are not the same. I can get the same bagel anywhere else now. No need for the hour long drive. Such a shame. Maybe bring back the good bagels?

Food was fine but on Friday at 1 there was some crazy guy in there screaming and cursing and the employees did literally nothing about it. He made me and my friends so uncomfortable to the point where we had to leave. It literally ruined our entire time there.

Online ordering at the Hingham location was turned off on a random Tuesday, and when I tried calling the store to place an order by phone or ask if they’re still open (so I wouldn’t drive there and they could possibly be closed) they wouldn’t pick up. I tried calling 3 times and it just continued to ring. Poor service today sadly.

I visited this location on the morning of 5/22/2025, and I have to say—the staff made my entire experience. The morning crew was fantastic, especially the woman at the register, who I believe may have been the shift manager. She was attentive, kind, and truly went above and beyond.
I have a rare food allergy (alpha-gal), which can be tricky to accommodate, but when I explained it to her, she immediately took it seriously. She had the line wipe down surfaces and switch to clean utensils to ensure my food was safe. That kind of care and awareness is rare, and I appreciated it more than I can say.
The food was great, but honestly, I’d come back just for the service. That level of professionalism and kindness made my morning. Whoever she is—she absolutely deserves a raise!

Great bagels and breakfast sandwiches! The Farmhouse sandwich is a great way to start your day or nurse your hangover. Very friendly staff and there's an older woman who has worked here for years and she is A+!

Good bagel sandwiches, super busy, only issue is they don't always use the number system that are printed on the receipt and most people don't want to grab someone else's order.
