We had an excellent time at Burton's. Our hostess, Andrea, was fantastic and very knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the Lobster Roll, tenderloin spring roll (excellent!), New England Clam Chowder, Maxx Burger, Mediterranean Chicken risotto with broccoli, Parmesan french fries, beer and wine. The bread is to die for!
Vegetarian options: Wish there were more vegetarian options.

2024; Saturday BUSY! - Burtons started out traumatic in that it was very packed and seven of us kept getting pushed around by people and poor waitresses for about 25 minutes after our reservation time because woman at the large table wouldn’t leave even after being totally done ! The female assistant manager was “not very polite” to us regarding the situation. But someone, other than her must’ve noticed because when we finally sat down, the waitress apologized and said that they would like to buy us two appetizers for the inconvenience. We got the fried cauliflower which I’m looking forward to having again -everyone enjoyed it. My friends who had the soup absolutely loved it. One had the chicken starter and it was plentiful and delicious ! The friends who had the salads really enjoyed them. One man asked for his food to be really hot and the french fries were not . The male manager immediately rectified it quickly bringing back hot ones! Sadly my GF veggie burger was not tasty (the best are “Impossible”burgers.which I have at home and are served at another restaurant.) The waitress was “very good,” very attentive and wanted to make sure that the bad experience was resolved. We told her it was and thanked her. We went on to enjoy ourselves! We will go back ! Stop in at the nice bar (if you can get a seat?) Martinis are small. We saw Mr. And Mrs. Santa Claus at Derby Street and took pictures . The lights were very festive but for some reason, they no longer have the carolers singing at Derby Street which is very disappointing! Sad! More people would come to Hingham to shop .
Vegetarian options: Their Fried cauliflower was delicious as a starter. The gf veggie burger was not appetizing. (They should try the “impossible burger” its the best one around.)
What's with the party of five everybody's meals were outstanding came out in reasonable time wait staff was very attentive in the best thing the prices were very reasonable I'll definitely be back!

First time at this location - it's super cozy, and all staff were really kind. The food was really good, but I wish the seasonal veggies were a bit elevated for the prices of each dish. They're just steamed and had real no flavor to them. Our choices were broccoli and Brussels for our corresponding dishes.
Other than that, drinks, steaks, bread plate, zucchini app, and chocolate cake were 10/10.

A Staple for Date Night on the South Shore. 30 Dollar Plates and never a bad server or meal. Wide ranging menu but everything is great. Can't go wrong with Crab- Crusted Haddock or even just a great burger and wings. Great spot.
Our server, Melissa was terrific. She took a great picture of my wife and me for our 22nd anniversary dinner and then comped our desserts. She was an excellent server before and after that and we both felt like we were her sole focus though she clearly had many tables. We both had the Maxx burger and they were perfectly cooked and the fries were crispily delicious Prior to being seated we got drinks and the superb General Tso’s Cauliflower appetizer, Great food and service from everyone.

I went to celebrate my daughter's birthday there. My daughter can not eat dairy so when I ask for a non dairy dessert for her, the waitress brought my daughter wild berry sorbet. This was not even in the dessert menu, but I really appreciate what she did.
