We went to Burtons for brunch, obviously expecting great things because of how good their dinner is. To the bad stuff out of the way, the drinks were rough. We ordered a few iced coffees and an espresso martini. The martini was very strange tasting; it tasted like it was made with a screwball whiskey or an amaretto because it was very nutty. I checked the menu to see if I ordered the wrong thing, but I hadn't. Iced coffees weren't great either. We got a variety of dishes, I got the chicken and waffles. It was fine. The hashbrowns were the best part of everyones meals. I don't think i'd go back for brunch.

The Mediterranean risotto was amazing! The kids menu is such a great deal: a main course + 3 sides! Unreal!

Burtons is a cozy restaurant with a large expanded bar. It has a great menu with plenty of options and the food is great. It is a great spot for a date night or to take your family for a sit down dinner.
It’s also a great spot to grab a drink during a shopping trip or with friends.

Steak Frites was very good. They do a really good job w/ a medium rare order. Went recently & was in love with my salad. Husband & I split a Greek salad. It was absolutely delicious..excellent seasonings. We are still talking about the dressing lol.

I literally just ate the best steak in my life. And I am a steak person. Had a Wagyu Ribye from the specials it was cooked to perfection. And it was so soft and juicy like I'm eating a piece of fruit. Service was also on the spot. I wish I know the girl who took care of us, but we were at the high tops at the bar so shoutout to her. This was our first time at the Burtons but definitely not our last.

Be careful how you order your meat. There was 3 of us all ordered medium. Mine was well done and dried out. To pay that price was very disappointing. Will think twice about returning.

Buttons Grill is one of those fancy places where you walk in and immediately think, “Wow… I should’ve worn my good deodorant.” The atmosphere is so sophisticated it made me sit up straight like I was meeting the Queen, even though all I was doing was waiting for bread I wasn’t allowed to touch.

Let’s talk gluten-free:
My wife has celiac disease, which basically turns dining out into a high-stakes survival game. One wrong crumb and we’re reenacting a medical drama. But here? Nothing. She’s eaten at Buttons Grill multiple times, and the gluten hasn’t even tried to assassinate her once. Honestly, I’m starting to think the kitchen staff practices witchcraft. And I respect that.

The food is outrageously good — like “I’m mad at how good this tastes” good. Every plate looks like it was crafted by someone who actually cares about their job, which is wild because I’ve had jobs and I definitely did not care that much.

The staff is polite, professional, and alarmingly attentive. They check on you just enough to make you feel important but not enough to remind you that you’re socially awkward. They must train them on how to read minds, because they somehow know when you need something before you know you need something.

And the vibe?
Oh, it’s classy. Painfully classy. It’s the kind of place where even the silverware has a better social life than I do. I swear the water glasses sparkle just to remind you that you’re not as put-together as you thought.

Overall, Buttons Grill is amazing. Great food, safe for my celiac wife, and fancy enough to feel impressive without being so fancy that they kick me out for pronouncing “charcuterie” like it’s a Pokémon.

Would absolutely recommend — unless you enjoy disappointment, in which case go anywhere else.
