I go to this location at least once a week, and the service is getting worse and worse. The last two times the worker always looking towards her coworkers in the kitchen when all I want is a little bit of hot harissa vinaigrette added and immediately moved the bowl to the register and walked off. One added the wrong sauce because she didn’t restock the shkug. Another was talking on the phone with speakerphone on. Otherwise, food is still good but service is horrible.

Walked in and there were about five employees loudly arguing in another language behind the counter. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic and unprofessional. When I tried to order, the employee helping me wasn’t paying attention at all — she was more focused on the argument than actually listening to what I wanted in my bowl.
They ended up giving me the wrong order, and when I told them, they remade it with clear frustration and attitude, still talking angrily among themselves. I was just trying to try the chicken shawarma for the first time, but the experience completely ruined it.
Very disappointing and unwelcoming. Definitely never coming back to this location.

Cava is soooo good ! and this location specifically is great. I am a fan of Crystal, shes one of the managers and i am grateful that she doesnt just stay in the back, if there is a line shes quick to hop on and help get everyone situated which i appreciate. Alot of hardworking employees. They always show my bowl some loveeee.

I enjoy ordering from this specific store because they always get my order right. Especially since its being delivered most places dont care as much. I also have been in to dine in and they just have a great energy flow once you come in. Some of girls are a little snotty but everyone else is great and super helpful. I love this location.
