We were visiting from California and this is the filthiest Chipotle I have ever been to. Every surface of the restaurant was dirty. There was not a single table that was clean, the counter surfaces where they serve the food were dirty leading up to the cash register. It was disgusting and question whether it's even a safe food handling operation. The service is another topic entirely. All around poor.

A filthy, miserable, poorly run, poor excuse for a restaurant. Don't order pick up! They can't fill orders, can't tell anyone when an order will be filled, and seemingly have no real system in place to determine what their capacity might be. Yikes!

Was pleasantly surprised by the service given to us by John and the cashier he was working with, (1/2/25 8pm) both were very friendly and happy to help! Usually service at this location is terrible so it was refreshing to see both John and the cashier have great customer service!

If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered food for pick up and they said 6:50pn. It is now 7:29 pm. And we tried to cancel it and they would not let us. Stop taking orders that you know you can’t fill. Avoid this place at all cost never again. Zero rating on all accounts and the place is filthy

So, I did an order of a chicken burrito on DoorDash, I ordered it with chicken, brown rice, no beans, Sour Cream, Fajitas Veggies and cheese and got a totally different thing with corn and guacamole in it, which i never order because I'm allergic to avocado. It looks like someone used the same spatula or gloves while making mine and another order which is disgusting. I could have died because of this.

Food was hot and line moved fast for it being so long. The Quincy Chipotle is the closest and doesn't even compare to this, that location is a disgrace lol

This was good, portions huge, side guac completely full, and friendly

I went inside to pick up an order and was treated so poorly. I was waiting by the pickup orders and only spoke to the staff when they asked me my name. They threw my food on the counter and my bag was ripped open. When I asked if I offended anyone I received an “I guess so “ from the cashier. Worst service ever and they don’t even have many opportunities to communicate with customers.

Ordered DoorDash from this location yesterday the most terrible order I have ever received I ordered a kids chicken quesadilla and received a soft tortilla with about 8 small pieces of chicken in it and it was basically glued to the foil. The foil was not able to come off of the tortilla not only did I not get the correct order but it was the most terrible made soft taco and a lot of the chips were stuck together ….. the queso looked old and was not fresh Really disappointing and aggravating when you order delivery and it costs more than ordering in store pickup and it’s not the right items or it’s the smallest portion they added a free kids meal to my account but I don’t see that being sufficient considering I had to throw away half the food

Ordered take out. 1 of the meals was missing. Tried to call the store. The store does not take phone calls. Used the online support option through my email order. No response, I've submitted 3 times now. I've gone into the store. I was told I need to use the online support. I explained I did 3 times now with not even a reply back, and was again told that was my only option. The missing bowl was $30 and left a family member with no food during our gathering. Mistake happen but to not even get a reply back is unacceptable.

I just ordered from DoorDash and they brought me my food now and the minute I open it and about to take a bite the whole rises uncooked. I tried to dig through it all to see if it’s just one bite or something that I can get through and no here goes my dinner completely uncooked I can’t believe They sent out my food like that. This is so embarrassing for a restaurant. You can’t even tell with your own eyes that this rice is uncooked when you see it, it’s very obvious in person. It’s very unbelievable.
