Went in for a iced coffee, water, and donut. After finding out the only available water to purchase was a small mental bottle of water that cost 4 dollars I declined. Coffee was watery, lacking flavor, donut was hard and stale. Employees seem nice and friendly. Place looks clean and presentable. Would not recommend.

Employees don't put out mobile order food and say you have to ask for it directly. However they are extremely rude when you do, complaining that we are interrupting them. Maybe just put the food where it belongs so I don't have to interrupt you.
The manager needs to follow the corporate system instead of thinking they know better than Dunkin Brands.

Staff is rude, it’s too much to ask they stir the ice coffee! 50% of the time your order is just wrong or missing items! I know good help is hard to find but for $5.00 a coffee it shouldn’t be too much to ask it be stirred! I’ve politely asked in sore and now it’s an every day issue!
