Disappointed today . ordered a sub .still waiting 20 mins later ,asked young woman on the grill ,if it was ordered at all and was rudely yelled at, I'm busy with online orders .you will have to wait .......another 10 mins to wait ....seemes short staffed .

I spoke with GM Andrew regarding this situation that had happened recently at this location and it was rectified correctly, although I will not frequent this location right away as they straighten out quality control issues, I will be going to other Jersey Mike's locations that are run by the same teams under Andrew as they were originally my spots to go to before Hingham opened. As soon as I know Hingham is on the ball, I'll be back. Thank You!

Went on Tuesday early lunch ,got two subs one for me other for my friend mine was gluten free,no other customers one guy came in after we ordered guy asked if we were together pointed to my friend said we were .next thing I know the grill is covered in sub rolls wastold don't worry we'll cook yours separately. Paid , said was told 42 dollars ,walked away doing the math in my head ,two subs one should have been free with my points ,found out he charged me for other guys sub started to argue that I said we were together .finally he tossed 12 dollars on my table and stormed off . Been sick ever since. 31 dollars for 2 reg subs ,one gf ,a cream soda and a cookieOne sub should have been free

seemed as though the girl had no idea how to use the grill or make a famous Philly. Unmelted cheese thrown on top overcooked steak. Tuesday at 7:15 PMWent in to get a sandwich with my wife before my yoga class ! Had the worst experience ever!I tried to get a sandwich they didn’t have the bread that I wanted so I said I’ll take just the regular Italian bread. The lady(Diana McCarthy)that took my order had a headphone in and wasn’t even paying attention to me started making a random sandwich….. when I noticed that it had pepperoni and ham I said, hey, I don’t eat that really nicely to her . And she said hold on till I’m finished (at first I thought she was making maybe an extra sandwich for DoorDash so I waited patiently for her to finish)Then, when she was done with putting the meats on the sandwich, then put the two sandwiches in front of me. when I didn’t even get a chance to tell her what I wanted on my sandwich. I go in there every day I get a plain turkey and cheese.When I proceeded to tell her that she was wrong , and she didn’t even give me a chance to tell her, she then picked up the two sandwiches, and WHIPPED THEM AT THE GLASS in front of me and my wife. Who is also on the spectrum…The worker then ,stormed off in the back…..leaving 1 new employees out front by herself to deal with her mess (she was very nice and tried to keep everything calm )I hope this lady doesn’t work there anymore because I go there every day and I feel really uncomfortable going and stepping foot into this establishment with her still there. I call ahead of time now to make sure she’s not there… not fair but ….It took four days for me to contact the manager to this place. I left my number three times . I think she threw it out cuz she answered !Because when another young lady answered, she took care of the problem right away, and I was able to talk to the manager within 15 min ….Great leader and manger !

I ordered on line, arrived at the shop 15 minutes later, my order was not ready! I waited over a 1/2 hour to get my order. My hot sub was in the bag when I got there, and had to wait for the cold sub, needless to say my sub was also cold by the time I ate it. There were people coming into the store and leaving with subs while I waited. Poor service ! Last trip to this Jersey Mike's!!!

Delicious food and she heard me say that I was going to eat the other half on the plane...so she separated my subs, only put ranch on half & gave me a packet of ranch for the plane

Clueless counter help. No manager on duty. Shop next door weekly, but I'll never step foot in there again. There's another location close enough that's operated professionally. Worth the extra drive time.

Food is great, but employees not so welcoming! They didn’t even let their customers get the wifi password. They say it’s only for employees and people were in shock. It’s not a big deal but the way how they ignored my question was not the best. Maybe, they need some training or learning interpersonal skills. Thanks!

This Jersey Mike's outlet feels slightly larger than most, as there's a large communal seating area facing the grill, with a typical blue wall boasting about the chain's origins in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. There are about 10 cheese steaks and 10 subs prominently displayed on the menu boards, but the sandwiches are numbered well into the 60s, which indicates to me that there is either a "secret" or more comprehensive menu that you could ask for. In my case, I almost always get the Big Kahuna, a beef cheese steak with with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and extra white American. The regular size is just enough to satisfy modest appetites, but not necessarily big ones. Here, it had just enough beef shavings and toppings so as to form a satisfying whole. There was an army of folks behind the counter, so my order was ready in no time. A dependable, efficient experience here at this Hingham outlet.

DO NOT patronize this place until they get their act together. We ordered ahead and waited over ONE HOUR for our food. Total chaos inside. I would have rated this ZERO stars, but that was not possible. Terrible service.

Not coming back to this location. Unreal wait time with rude staff even if you order ahead and there's no customers in store. Ordered a buffalo chicken sub for my lunch break, hadn't even started making my order when I got there because they had no Bleu cheese. Waited another 15 min to get bread drowned in hot sauce. I'd rather eat a gas station burrito and risk diarrhea.
