Three stars because this place was incredibly dirty. We went last night and it wasn’t that busy so I don’t feel like there’s an excuse. I have honestly not ever seen an ice cream place so dirty. I had my two kids with me and I was very uncomfortable with them eating from here. They had a kids table that was completely covered with ice cream, all the tables were dirty, the bins that held the toppings were all filthy, the ice cream dispensers felt sticky. We are weekly visitors of Menchies. They have a great assortment of flavors. Our last visit, we noticed the topping bins were incredibly dirty. I know how hard it is to keep things clean especially when it is self serve. But this time, we opted not to get any for fear of bacteria present in them. I am hoping management will address this issue
