Friendly staff and delicious sweets !!! What else could you ask for.
Stopped in to get a latte in the morning because I heard it was good, severely overpriced though for what it was. A $9 latte after tip is insane. service was quick though, and it was well made.

I order cake slices for pick up from the Hingham location (they are made at Chestnut Hill) every week and they are so fresh and delicious. We have a wholesale account and the managers and staff couldn't be nicer!! I highly recommend!!
Our customers loooooove the carrot cake slices, myself, I am a cholcolate-holic, the 7 layer chocolate cake is my fave, but don't skip the Nutella lobster tale, and my business partner is a cheesecake snob, he can't get enough of their cheesecakes!!!
Life is short, treat yourself to a quality treat, get Mia's!!!

Everything looked beautiful and the service was very nice, so I feel bad leaving this review. But I actually have never been in a bakery or had a desert that I really didn’t like.
I had a molasses cookie that was so dry with zero taste. I love molasses cookies. Even if they are as hard as a rock because I love the taste. But this had nothing and was so dry it almost fell into a pile of crumbs.
My son had a red velvet cupcake that had a cream cheese frosting center that tasted more like cream cheese than frosting. And the red velvet was equally dry and flavorless.
He also had a chocolate cake pop that was underwhelming but he ate it.
We both threw out our $12 worth of deserts. (Except the cake pop because it was so small he didn’t realize it was just meh until it was gone)
All the deserts looked beautiful, so it’s sad that they didn’t live up to their looks.
Keep trying!

They use seridipitea which is once of my favorite tea brands!!!! I love the strawberry tea! They also have an extensive selection of treats and fill the void of a coffee shop on this area.
Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Decent selection of treats. Fully accessible (no stairs).
My ONE complaint is that the tables and benches are super tiny. I have a medical condition, and I chose not to stay and eat because I wasn’t sure I could safely lower myself onto the bench and back up again. They look like children’s picnic tables. It may not be as space efficient, but having a few chairs would help.
Thanks!!!

I do not understand all the negative reviews but I guess everybody has their own experience. My experience has been fantastic each time I've been in this place. The staff has been welcoming and friendly and everything I have tried here in terms of the baked goods and desserts has been outstanding.
I was in store i at Derby st to pick up some cupcakes & a coffee to go. While in car I stopped to drink coffee & it was warm - nothing is worst than a warm cup of coffee. Your items are expensive & I paid for a hot cup of coffee Yes - a little thing but I expect better from a bakery with your reputation!!! Not going back I
On principle!
Food was so underwhelming.
They had no napkins for customers on a Saturday. They “ran out”. What an underprepared shop! Never returning. There’a a Tatte across the street.

Hello,
I ordered a slice of red velvet cake, and it was very stale. The baker assured me that the cake was delicious, and that there would be no issues with the product, but I did not enjoy it very much.

Place is dirty and unorganized. The manager Ron looked miserable and seemed annoyed to take my order. I visibly saw him yell at one of the girls and order her in nasty tone to go do somthing. If I was her I would’ve quit on the spot right there amazes me this place is still in business

Stopped in to check out the new bakery and I wish I didn’t! The older male working was so rude! He was rolling his eyes, sighing, being very rude to me and my family as well as to other guests. He rushed us and clearly did not like his job of serving the public. He even raised his voice to a guest. The young lady was nice, I certainly hope she doesn’t have to share her tips with him.
I agree with another review, the bakery itself is sloppy looking, the signs are falling over describing the items. We miss Whites!

Should've read the reviews before spending 86$ on a cake and cupcakes. Extremely dry, lack of flavor.

We went in for a late bite since we were still hungry after dinner. We got turkey and Swiss on a croissant, a Nutella lobster tail, and two macarons. I saw some of the reviews posted a few months ago, but we felt like don’t knock it until you try it. We got everything that we expected based on what was advertised. The shop was clean and the staff were friendly. I hope that this straightforward explanation resets people’s expectations and gives them a fighting chance.
