Muse Paintbar - Hingham Shipyard

Had a blast! The teacher made it fun and my companion made it Warm on a cold night. We painted a fun scene. The class was full and the drinks were coming quick! Thanks Again! My Bob Ross is hanging at Home above the Mantle.

Muse Paintbar is an awesome concept. Not everyone is an artist, but everyone can certainly benefit from the fun, therapeutic effect painting provides.

I'm actually starting to lose count of how many Painting parties I've attended!

With that being said, the evening at the Paintbar - Hingham Shipyard was my least enjoyable experience...

The low rating boils down to the initial interaction we had with the Painting Assistant. Unfortunately, the gentleman who acted as Painting assistant on 9/27/19 fell short of professional.

Upon arrival we asked if we needed to check in. For whatever reason, that set him off. He was dismissive, asked questions then talked over us...We never said or did anything to respond in kind. Yet, he must've ascertained from our facial expressions and confused glances to each other, that we were uncomfortable. He proceeded to announce, "I'm not being rude. Trust me, if I was being an @#$/^& you'd know"....

I got the impression that for the reminder of the night he tried to backpedal and be accessible, but it didn't go over well. On the car ride home, his behavior was all we could talk about. It was that atrocious.

I dont lack empathy. Some isolated personal issue might result in poor customer service (so I'll refrain from naming names), but it may also result in a poor business review.
This was also the first Paint night that I just couldn't bring myself to tip the instructor, knowing that it would be shared with him.

I hope he takes some time to carefully consider how he interacts with others. In this day and age, it will most often be shared with others.

Had a nice girls night out. Looking forward to my next girls night out

I have never painted, but the instructor walked us though step by step. Amazing for date night or special occasions. Deffinatly reccomend trying it at least once.

Super fun! I did wish I had a little more time but great experience even if you don’t know how to paint they really walk you through it

I hired Stewart Paint last year to paint the exterior of my house and do some minor carpentry repairs to trim and clapboards- job was completed exactly as promised at a fair price and on schedule. 100% satisfied. So I hired them again this year to paint my large two-level outdoor deck - again the job was completed perfectly and on schedule. I also recommended Stewart Paint to one of my neighbors- he also had them paint the exterior of his house, and told me he was “very pleased” . I will be hiring them again to do some interior painting in the spring.
