“I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks today. I accidentally grabbed a drink that wasn’t mine, but I never drank it or even opened it. As soon as I realized the mistake, I gave it back immediately. Even so, the barista got upset with me and made me feel uncomfortable. The other customer also refused to take the drink after that, so the barista had to remake it.
When he handed me my sandwich, he did it with a very rude attitude and an unfriendly expression, as if I had done something terrible. I understand it was my mistake, but I expected a more professional and respectful attitude. This experience left me with a very bad impression of this location.”

Always a great experience at Starbucks Hingham!
The Hingham team is outstanding, friendly, always fast with orders. Even during the busy morning rush, they take time to greet regulars and make everyone feel welcome. The store is clean, bright, and a great open space to sit and get work done. It is clear the team takes pride in what they do. Thanks to the whole crew for keeping the coffee and the vibe consistently great.
They even know my order and often bring it right to me, which makes it feel like a neighborhood stop, not just a coffee run.

The employees are always happy and they leave positive notes on your coffee. Today mine said “you rock!” Another time I had a jack o lantern drawing on my coffee for fall. These little things make a difference. Always clean and orders are always on time. Best Starbucks I’ve been to.

It is a Starbucks like any other. What differs from others is the service, and the service here is not good.
I went in with my service dog to ask for a specific drink. The attendant said that drink was not being served anymore, and immediately said that dogs were not allowed. To which I replied, thank you and left.
I understand that some establishments have stricter rules when it comes to service animals, but the fact that he was so quick to dismiss me and the dog was a little surprising.
Again, this is a Starbucks just like any other, so if you order online, you can in and pick it up. But, if you need to talk to someone I would reconsider.
All of the staff was extremely friendly and although the store was full of customers I got my coffee in no time !! The dining area was very clean and my coffee tastes great!!
