I was a little hesitant about ordering because the last time I went to SSC, my sandwich wasn't wonderful. Well, I'm glad we gave them another try!! I had the BBQ burger, cooked perfectly, loaded with toppings and lots of flavor. The beer battered fries were good but could have been cooked a little longer. Was denied service and insulted by the bartender because he thought my ID was fake.. he looked at my ID for 2 or 3 minutes just staring at it and then me.. he then said “sorry little man, not today, that don’t look like you” .. i’m 26 years old and have lived in town for over 10 years, and have been coming to the sandwich company since before I even moved here.. the bartender then proceeded to give me this supposed “fake ID” back, which is illegal, would be a shame...read full review
I’ve been a regular for years. Managing my way through overpriced food and drinks. But in the last year, the place has gone dramatically down hill. The atmosphere is so depressing.. A few of their bartenders are void of personality and provide poor customer service.
I will say, the pizza is good if you’re ok paying over $20+. The rest of the menu is very forgettable . Drinks are overpriced by at least $1 across the board.!
