McDonald’s has gone downhill. I went inside to order since there were a lot of cars in the drive thru- the workers inside could not be bothered to help me - so I used the self service kiosk - then my bag of food was tossed on a counter and my number called out - never saw a single person nor did a single worker acknowledge me even being there
Went thru drive thru. After driving away, took a sip of drink and I was given cherry coke (yuck) not diet coke I ordered. Didn't have honey mustard sauce for chicken nuggets. Check before driving off.

I've never had a poor experience, and never felt the 'need' to use the self service kiosk.That being said, I get the impression that if a mistake were made, it would be corrected.Mamagement and crew seem great.
