I've never had a poor experience, and never felt the 'need' to use the self service kiosk.That being said, I get the impression that if a mistake were made, it would be corrected.Mamagement and crew seem great.“

“We stopped going to this location a few months back because the employees were so incredibly rude. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and then try to pressure you for a tip at the end.Then, I guess ownership changed or maybe they just hired new staff? But the man and woman who work in the store now are the sweetest people. They are so friendly and they make a really good sandwich.The funny thing is, I never tipped the folks who worked here before because the pressure to tip was so annoying. I make sure to add a tip every time I go now because these two are just so sweet and deserve it. Good customer service goes a long way!“

“Everything we had here was amazing and everyone was super nice! Their crab rangoons are amazing and actually stuffed full and the breading on them was nice and soft but definitely cooked right. The sushi was perfect and really different and delicious. I really liked the one with the mangoes and the rice was perfect and the chicken is seasoned well. Love it here.“

“Enjoyed a night out with friends from work at Willy's Steakhouse. The place is decorated beautifully-homey with a fireplace and brick walls. Very welcoming feel to it. Our group of 6 all shared appetizers of beef Kuiyaki, Burrata, Onion rings and my absolutle favorite Roasted Brussel sprouts with Bacon. Delicious! Our group ordered for dinner Surf & Turf, 10 oz Filet Mignon, Bneless buffalo wings, Steak tips and I, the bonelss Ribeye steak with a baked Potato. My coworker said the Buffalo wings were very good. The steaks were all amazing and the sides ordered were large enough to share. Dessert anyone ? Oh heck yes! We ordered 3 and shared. Creme Brulee, Limoncello Chiffon cake and Strawberry cheesecake. All very good but my personal favorite was the Creme Brulee. :) The food is delicious and the waiter was very attentive. Restaurant is pricey but I would definitely go back for a special occasion. :)“

“I’m always here. The chocolate chip muffins are so good, and same with the breakfast sandwiches that my boyfriend orders. The smoothies are amazing, the rushes are to die for!! My favorite drink is the iced chai latte, and I order it with an oat milk substitute. When I’m in the mood for an energy drink, I usually pick a random rush from the secret menu. There are so many options and so far, they’re all good. The most recent one I’ve tried is the Peppa Pig one, which has hints of strawberry, amaretto, watermelon and coconut. I recommend that one, as well as the Malibu Barbie, Ninja Turtle, or 50 Shades.The staff that work here are amazing and very friendly as well as knowledgeable with the menu.PSA - the whipped cream has no reason being that good!!!“

With no cover, food available from the kitchen and friendly owners this is a spot that young, hip, professionals will feel right at home.Parking: Security keeps an eye out for cars parked on the street.“

Our organization needed a large catering order but had a small issue that couldn't be solved via the online portal, so we visited the restaurant in person, and the staff were SO helpful! Renee, the manager was a delight to work with. She went out of her way to help us with our order, the staff were so kind enough to make sure our order was done on time, and the food was amazing! Our large order was ready right as scheduled, everything was exactly as we ordered, and Renee even helped me bring out the order to the car. She was very understanding, and the overall experience was phenomenal. I highly recommend this branch of Five Guys! Thank you again, Five Guys team!!“

“I see a lot of issues on these reviews but I have always gone to the shrewsbury store since before this opened and have had so many issues with that store I decided to try this one. No problems at all. Sandwich was great. Staff wasnt rude. I was only 1 of 3 customers there but it was 230pm. Place is much bigger and cleaner than shrewsbury too.As of right now I have no reason to go to shrewsburys store I will just go to this closer to me store.“

“We don’t have a Pizza Hut near us and were staying in the area, so when I saw Pizza Hut on the Doordash list I was excited! It was OK good, wasn’t expecting much as I know Pizza Hut has changed over the years, but Man! I miss the old 90’s Pizza Hut, with its buttery dough. We ordered the supreme pizza with cheese borders and a regular cheese pizza with hand tossed dough for the picky nephew. We also ordered some breadsticks, I remember them having more parmesan cheese on top, but dough was good. We also had leftovers, still good after reheating the day after.“

Kind of a pain to get to because the main road is so busy, but there’s plenty of room.“

“I got a sandwich with the newly returned honey oat bread. Was excited as it's been gone and I used to love it. Wasn't the case this time. The bread was very hard and chewy. The manager Nellie was happy to refund me AND make me a perfect sandwich on the Italian herb and cheese!“
