Cheers! I haven't been to Bertucci's in a while. We received a coupon in the mail and decided to try it out. We had eggplant parm and chicken parm. It was very good. Not only was the food great, but Marty, the manager, was very helpful with our order. Everyone was friendly. And the service was excellent.

Our server Rob was very polite, courteous and helpful. They were short staffed but Rob and staff looked after us. We had a great evening.

They have the best pizza around. It seems service can sometimes be stretched thin and the atmosphere in restaurant can suffer because of it.

I hate giving out bad reviews. I truly do :( but this place kinda deserves it and takes the cake for the worst Bertucci’s I ever been too. Me and my family were picking up items and we were claiming the Summer deal where you order any pizza with a cheese pizza including two salads. One of my family members walked in and used a coupon to purchase the items. The waitress taking the pickup order was rude about it claiming that you can’t purchase the deal with another coupon. My family member did not know about this and was asking politely why we couldn’t apply the coupon to the deal for a specific answer as the waitress got angry and slammed her pen, yelling “you know what? It’s the end of the day. I’m calling the manager”. The manager did come over and he explained nicely. But the waitress honestly could’ve been more nice about it, in fact, that was not good customer service at all. I understand that work can be tiring and she didn’t deserve to feel that way, but at the same time she could’ve been more patient about it. This use to be my favorite location, but now I don’t feel welcome to come in pickup my order, or even sit down at this place anymore :( the waitress was very scary.
