I'm a lifelong customer.since original Bertucci in Norwood MA. During years I've visited multiple locations and our favorite was at Emerald Mall in North Attleboro (which has since been closed sadly). They were constantly excellent with food cooked very tasteful. I had a favorite dish of broccoli, chicken, and riggitoni. Today however I found this location to be one I feel should have been closed. To start with service was abdomible with server obviously overwhelmed bya moderate lunch service. He forgot multiple items multiple times and was a 5 minute wait each time to correct what we had to re-ask him for. Food was below mediocre with pasta over cooked and chewy as was the chicken. Definitely didn't taste fresh and truthfully was tasteless. Barely could taste the lemon and sauce was way too thick for my liking. This location tastes nothing like Bertucci I remember that I frequented for years. But doubtful I will ever revisit this location.

We loved our meal on Friday night. It was so wonderful to have Jessica wait on us. We were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy our meal. The service was excellent and Jessica should not only get a raise but should also be considered for leadership positions because you want someone who leads by example. Thanks for the great meal and great service. We’ll be back.

Our server, Jessica, kept us supplied with rolls the entire time! I got the Baked Chicken Gratinati and the Italian Primo Margarita! Both were very good!

Mikaela is the absolute best server! Funny, thoughtful and added to our night out!!! If you visit you need to request her. We are new to the area and I have to say this was the best service we have received in a while.

We've been to a few bertuccis and didn't care for the food here. It didn't taste the same and the portions are alot smaller.

Came for dinner on a weeknight. It was a solid meal but the food was very expensive. The pasta and rolls were both very good, but each pasta dish we got were well over 20$. The waiter was very nice and food came out fairly quickly. Ingredients seemed fresh which was a good thing. I would recommend to anybody willing to spend over 30$.

Went here on Valentine's day with the family and there were only 3 workers, a server, a hostess, and I'm guessing a manager. It seems they were short on cooks as well. There were too many customers and not enough help. The food took a long time to come out and was mediocre. I certainly hope it is not like that all the time. It is not the Bertucci's that they used to be. We will go back in hopes that they had a bad night because we have always loved the restaurant. I will update on the next visit.

Bertuccis has always been a special place to go; a treat for a nice night out with good food, a great atmosphere and prices that didn't break the bank. The atmosphere and food are about the same. One meal, including one appetizer and dessert, one non alcoholic drink... shouldn't cost over $50.This is not a 5 star restaurant, but they have jacked their prices so whether you're getting salmon or macaroni, you're not paying less than $20 for one person, and that's just the plate. When you add in the normal staples for a night out to eat, it gets expensive quickly.Yes, you can save a few dollars if you can get there during your lunch hours. Not much, but a few.I still eat there once in a while (even though the cost is too high for what you get) because it still tastes great and that taste is hard to resist.Although, the rolls no longer match the hype for me. Buttering up a hot roll at the table was something to look forward to at some point in the past. Now, I say "No thank you" when they're offered.

We had a large party and were seated immediately and Jessica, from start to finish and largely on her own did an exceptional job taking care of us. Much thanks Jessica for making a special day even better.
