ITS RATED LOW FOR A REASON.

Dont waste your time and money. Go to litteraly anywhere else especially if you want to be grabbing Dunkin, the employees dont know what they're doing, have gotten multiple orders wrong and dont communicate.

With pick up orders they had make me pay for items which are unavailable and its pulling teeth for actually getting a substitute or to convice them that they need to communicate about it being out.

Training employees on better customer service especially when its a dead day like today. EXTREMELY HIGH concerns for inventory and making sure employees have everything they can so issues like that dont even happen.

I dont know who owns and helps with operations this franchise but your biggest concerns come from embarrassing situatuons which shouldn't exist that's coming from not just my review and opinion.

The lights are blindingly bright. I started getting a migraine within moments of being inside which means they were uniquely bright, I can’t remember the last time that happened to me in a store or restaurant.

I ordered my tea and there was no one there so I assumed it would be quick. I waited and waited. Finally, after maybe 5 min, I realized the woman had set my drink at another counter. She never came back. She never told me where it was. She just left! Really rude.

The Holliston Dunkin is one of the worst I go to. More often than not mobile orders are incomplete. Staff often seems annoyed.

I walked in and I had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes, it wasn’t a big deal but anyways, afterwards, when a worker came up, not exaggerating it took 10 minutes to order. They messed up our order 3 times and when my drink came, it was messed up. I asked for a new one they said yes, but they never gave it to me.

Came here at 7pm as hours states they are open until 9pm and not a soul around. All the lights are on as if someone is there but it was all empty. Should probably update your hours.

Went in with my friend just now and there is a woman in there literally working her butt off, and she STILL managed to make me an amazing hot chocolate. So nice and personable and communicative!

The staff that work here are very rude. If you stand at the counter they won't approach you because they favor the people that are going through the drive through. Also because all the employee’s don't speak English, they'll just stare at you while your ordering and also have a difficult time finding your order on their POS System. It's frustrating when customer service isn't a priority. If the golden rule was a priority perhaps some of these things could be overlooked?

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! Doesn’t matter when you order through the app, drive up or in-person, it seems more often than not, the order is wrong. This morning, they missed one item, and gave twice the drinks. Charge was the correct amount, but it was not what I ordered. The idea is simple and convenient, but is it simple or convenient when you have to pull over and go through your order every time?

Just went to this location around 3pm for a DECAF hot coffee. I made a point to walk into the building to order to make sure I was given decaf. When waiting at the pick-up section of the counter I could see the midnight and decaf hot containers empty with no light indicating they were even on…The man took my order, charged me and proceeded to put “regular” hot coffee in my cup. I called out for decaf please as he was pouring regular into the cup. He turns around and says “this is decaf”…so you filled the hot regular container with decaf? He said yes this is definitely decaf and handed me my cup. I ended up driving to the closest Dunkin to have them remake it correctly.

DECAF or REGULAR coffee it’s all you do, how do you get that wrong? It’s because you’re LAZY or completely RECKLESS as some people cannot have caffeine for health reasons. Why bother selling decaf if you don’t actually serve it? Also you got a lot of nerve LYING to my face and saying “it’s definitely decaf I just made the decaf in the regular container” That is unacceptable and completely uncalled for just be honest, you don’t want to do your job by making anymore decaf and you shouldn’t have let me order.
