ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER! Doesn’t matter when you order through the app, drive up or in-person, it seems more often than not, the order is wrong. This morning, they missed one item, and gave twice the drinks. Charge was the correct amount, but it was not what I ordered. The idea is simple and convenient, but is it simple or convenient when you have to pull over and go through your order every time?

Just went to this location around 3pm for a DECAF hot coffee. I made a point to walk into the building to order to make sure I was given decaf. When waiting at the pick-up section of the counter I could see the midnight and decaf hot containers empty with no light indicating they were even on…The man took my order, charged me and proceeded to put “regular” hot coffee in my cup. I called out for decaf please as he was pouring regular into the cup. He turns around and says “this is decaf”…so you filled the hot regular container with decaf? He said yes this is definitely decaf and handed me my cup. I ended up driving to the closest Dunkin to have them remake it correctly.

DECAF or REGULAR coffee it’s all you do, how do you get that wrong? It’s because you’re LAZY or completely RECKLESS as some people cannot have caffeine for health reasons. Why bother selling decaf if you don’t actually serve it? Also you got a lot of nerve LYING to my face and saying “it’s definitely decaf I just made the decaf in the regular container” That is unacceptable and completely uncalled for just be honest, you don’t want to do your job by making anymore decaf and you shouldn’t have let me order.

I come to this Dunkin twice a week; and every time I’m reminded why I should go elsewhere. It begins with the rude service on the speaker, not allowing customers to finish speaking or ordering without a constant “anything else” after every word. Once you get to the window, the orders are often wrong, and when asking for a receipt the employees are often argumentative. If I at least got hot food or good coffee I could deal with all of that. Every time, my hash browns are burnt or stale or not cooked and cold. My coffee has still never been made correctly, even when changing to ordering straight off the menu with no alterations. The reason for this review; was that I ordered a large ice coffee, and was given a medium after I already paid for it, and the employee argued with me to even get the correct drink I paid for. Christmas Eve is not the time to be rude to other people just because of the job you chose to show up for.
By far the worst Dunkin I’ve gone to, and I’ll be ordering from subway next door, or hitting the convenience store for anything I need in the future.

I’ve gone here plenty of times and probably a third of the time they get your order wrong somehow. I just ordered a kiwi watermelon with lemonade, I repeated the lemonade part twice because they somehow get confused on what that means and the guy wouldn’t let me finish what I’m saying without repeating “anything else.” He probably said it 4 or 5 times and I ordered just two items. Not to mention the fact that they forgot the lemonade, I can taste the tea in the drink. I don’t have the time or patience to go back and complain, they need to understand how to talk to customers and properly take orders.

EDIT: I just went there again, and apparently this is what they consider light ice.

I usually don't review places. Here I saw the cashier using tips amount of 50 cents around when a kid fell short of it while buying and she again added tips back from her own money. This is some act of kindness that I felt is no more now. Nevermind !

The white cashier lady is super pleasant and empathetic.

The people that work at this dunkin should get a different job if they can’t stand making orders in the morning and giving people attitude and not even separating the donuts and the munchkins into different bags. Super lame service. I’ve gone to plenty of other Dunkin’s and they don’t treat you this way. Get new employee’s!

Sadly I ordered and they didn’t let me finish and the person on the speaker yelled at me. That is not a way to treat a customer. Those experiences are the ones that make us stop going to the restaurants.

This morning they forgot to give me my bagel. Livid and starving. This has never happened to me at Starbucks not even once. Dunkins has left a bad taste in my mouth as they try to charge you .50 cents for water, yet another thing that doesn't happen at Starbucks. I used to love dunkin donuts but this was the final straw. I'm starving after them forgetting my bagel !!!!!! Like seriously livid.

I do not recommend this place, the drive true cashier is totally unhygienic. He was touching my food while handling cash without gloves. The manager came over to the window but I was already so upset that I didn’t want to be rude so I told her to check the cameras. Please train your employees better this is something so basic but also gross
