They are great and set the bar for what online vendors should be in terms of customer service. Fast orders, responsive, and reasonable. Good tea selection - I hope they continue sending the catalogues as it adds a nice touch. Never had a major issue with them. Also they take ownership if they make a mistake and are more than willing to make it right. Will keep ordering from them so long as this holds. OUTSTANDING!
