The burgers were wrapped tight, and even accommodated my request for certain sandwiches to be cut in half. Easy to eat food, nice fresh veggies, and the burgers were assembled with care and stayed together while eating them.

we come to Holyoke from Pittsfield MA for my kids dentist even though there are many different places to go when we come here the kids always wanna come to this Burger King location the staff is so nice and they always get our order correct and fast! highly recommend this location!!

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed like they didn’t care at all about customer service. I asked a simple question about my order, and the response was dismissive and borderline arrogant. No greeting, no courtesy—just bad attitude from start to finish.
On top of that, my food was wrong, cold, and clearly slapped together without care. It’s like no one here takes pride in their job or even wants to be there. I understand fast food isn’t fine dining, but there’s still no excuse for treating customers like they’re a burden.
Definitely not coming back to this location. If management actually reads these, I hope you consider retraining your team. People deserve at least basic respect when spending their money.

There was 5 workers inside the restaurant and told us they were “short staffed” so they couldn’t take our order. they close at 10pm and it was 9pm, so it appeared to just be laziness honestly. Completely disappointed and the people working here should be delt with accordingly.

So, we did the drive thru very polite after we gave the order, they gave it back to be sure it was correct, it was. At the window, the person looked in the bag, looked at the slip, and handed me the food. Totally wrong order. When i went in with the bag of food, the crew member tried passing it off on another customer, I made it clear my dogs nose was in the bag, but that did not seem to make a difference. When I got my food and out to the car, it was cold. I brought it back in, and that is when I got a huge attitude. It took 5 minutes of seeing my food sit getting cold. I politely asked for my food before it was cold. The food was slid across the counter.

I walked into Burger King a broken man. I had just been ghosted by my tinder match, my houseplants were actively dying in protest of my energy, and a raccoon stole my DoorDash the night before. The only thing I had left was a half-charged phone and a primal urge for sodium.
Then I saw it. The Bacon King. Two beef patties stacked like ancient megaliths of meat, cheese melting with the grace of a Renaissance fresco, and so much bacon I swear I could hear a pig squeal in triumph from beyond the veil. They didn’t just put bacon on this thing—they waged a war of attrition and the bacon WON.
The first bite hit like a freight train driven by God himself. I blacked out somewhere around bite three and woke up in the play area speaking fluent Latin. Caro est regina. (Meat is queen.)
Fries? Golden rods of pure joy. The Coke was so fizzy it resuscitated a memory I’d buried from third grade involving a failed talent show performance and a kazoo. I shed a single tear. The cashier, whose name tag I do not recall, nodded as if he understood the profound journey I was on.
Burger King, you didn’t just feed me. You baptized me in beef. I am reborn. I am whole. I am full. Long live the King. 👑🐷🔥
