Forgot food from our order, The food they gave us was old and stale it's like they did a shift change but they didn't bother with changing out their old food The lettuce is brown chicken is stale the burger meats stale super disappointing considering they're so few Burger Kings you think that they would try to really step up their game so that way they stand out but I guess not.I just won't be back

Edit: I get deliveries (door dash) from this BK on a regular basis...they always have Impossible Burgers, and, for the most part, they get my orders correct. I appreciate that.AND, what I also appreciate is the times that I have had to wait at the drive-thru (pull over to the right, and they bring the food out, when it's complete), if our wait is long, they will give a few cookies for the wait time.The other thing I very much appreciate is how well they wrap their products ~ if you order take out, having a nicely wrapped item is always appreciated! Thanks

No people skills what so ever by the manager the tall thin lady. No urgency to take your order. the male doing the cleaning was very polite. The lady who made my burger did a really good job. I almost left but I was hungry and stayed. No stars for service and atmosphere. Very poor and negative. I have been in the food industry for over 30 years. If someone doesn't have people skills or the knowledge to provide good service should not be in the food industry.
