Listen, when I am in the mall and need something to eat, 9/10 I will come here. But I do not know what happened with the food on 11/18/2025 between 5pm-6pm. I do not know what they did but the orange chicken tasted as if they cooked it in some grease that seafood was cooked in because the taste of the orange chicken was not orange and it was not chicken. I always get their orange chicken so I am very familiar with the taste, besides, seafood is a very distinctive taste. But it is not like it tasted good, it tasted OLD as if it was reheated. Whatever the hell you guys did, do not DO IT AGAIN. My son loved the orange chicken there but definitely not yesterday. We both had upset stomachs and the orange chicken was thrown away. I will probably not return. I’ve been coming since 2016-2017 and it sucks that I had this experience. I am not a hard person to please, I reheat my own food. But this, this was not it. You guys will get someone extremely sick. It hasn’t been a full 24hrs yet and we are not out of the clear ourselves. The orange chicken gets a -1000.

We ate here today after looking around various places at the food court. The portions were huge, and the food was fresh hot and good. Some of the negative reviews are a little bit confusing. This is a mall food court in Holyoke so some perspective is important. If you’re looking for Chef Ramsey or fine dining look elsewhere. Most of the people eating the food seemed to be happy and I actually thought for our meal the prices were not outrageously expensive.

i love the food here so much :) you get a big combo plate for $19 with two meats and whatever else you want!!! they really pack it on for you!!! the staff is all very nice & the cups they use for drinks are reusable too. you get a lot of bang for your buck here ❤ thank you guys for always being so kind

Food was Good. I got the lomain with bourbon chicken , and the rice with orange chicken (this was fire). good for a mall spot. I got lucky everthing was fresh despite all the negative reviews

Worse food ever. I took a bite of fried rice and lo mein and and threw away the entire meal without even trying the chicken. The man serving the food had a disgusting bandaid hanging off his finger. Wasted $15. They should be shut down.

They change the management recently and the food is TRASH. The food doesn't taste the same anymore so I'm gonna take my 5 star review back and replace with an updated one.
I visited Cajun Cafe on October 14, 2024 which has recently changed management and sad to say the food is NOT the same. Not even close. The potatoes were unseasoned and dry, the bourbon chicken was dry and lacking I guess you can say bourbon. My husband agreed. This used to be my favorite place to eat in the mall but I guess we will have to pass next time we are there. Also the menu is missing items like the corn, spicy chicken and vegetables and also the mixed veggies.

Shout to the staff that worked on Monday 7/29 around 3pm. I dropped my wallet and a generous person found it on the floor after I had finished and paid for my order. The gentleman behind the counter tried to chase me down after I was done eating and I could not hear him. I went back in a panic and my daughter got there before me and the staff asked a ton of questions to be sure they were giving it back to the right person. When I arrived they recognized me right away and had already let security know I had lost it. Long story short food was great but the staff did an excellent job of securing my wallet!

I had gone there today and resived a two small plates that cost me $33.36, this is unexceptable especially since the plates themselves were NOT filled all the way and only had two items in both plates, the prices even for the regular sized drink is over priced ( $3.50).
