Charleys Cheesesteaks

The food was okay. Ordered and got the old school cheesesteaks. And I would suggest they check the salt content of their recipes. It would have been great if it wasn’t that salty.

A good choice in the Holyoke Mall food court. Fries are crisp and cheesesteak is tasty. Nothing is Stellar, but it is good food court food.

Ordered California Chicken with Ranch and side of cheese fries. Sandwich was very bland. Couldn't taste the vegetables or ranch dressing.

I ordered online for convenience but now wish I had not. Ordered without tomato or cheese adding banana peppers. Got 3 cheeses (lactose intolerant) tomato and no banana peppers. Fries were under cooked and couldn't eat the over cheesy sandwich. Calling yours the #1 cheese steak is already bold but to not even try and back up the claim is shameful

I ordered the Teriyaki Grinder, cheese fries with bacon, and a strawberry lemonade, and everything hit the spot. The sandwich was packed with flavor, the fries were so freaking good and crispy, and the lemonade was perfectly refreshing definitely a solid meal!

I ordered the $7.49 special. It was special indeed but mot in a good way. Such little amount of chicken in the sandwich. Never again ordering this

Warning! I was at the Holyoke Mall Charley's, about 3 weeks ago. I sent pictures of my sandwich to Coperate and still haven't heard back from anyone. The service was not bad or good. I was looking to get something to eat. However, I was almost done with my large sandwich and bit into the other half, and that's when I had hair in my mouth. I spit it out and turned on the light in my car. To my surprise, what I thought was a string of hair turned out to be a lot of hair. Very disappointed!

I used to like the food here but now they have knuckleheads for cooks and the food they serve is disgusting. A homeless person came up to me to ask for money for something to eat and I gave them my food. I actually feel terrible right now for giving them such slop. Best part about it was it cost me 17 dollars. Never again and I would caution you against going.

The first time my daughter and I ate here. It's a little expensive, but we both really enjoyed our meals. I had chicken teriyaki and it was really tasty. I'll certainly try other sandwiches here.
