Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love it here! I drive 30-45mins from CT just to come here because all the chipotle locations in CT ABSOLUTELY SUCK. They all are dirty, the food quality is not the best, and alot of the staff are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Hoyoke is clean with good tasting food and nice staff. The General Manager is also very friendly, always smiling, and he has amazing hospitality.

Whenever I'm reeeealllly craving a bowl, I always come to the Holyoke location. The rice is always cooked and mixed correctly. I never have to worry if rice won't cover the bottom of my bowl. Sometimes it can be a little busy but the staff does a great job keeping things moving. Overall, it's worth the 40 minute drive for me to have food that hits the spot.

I’m very disappointed with my recent Chipotle order. I ordered to-go and when I opened the bag, the food was spilled everywhere and the packaging was a mess. On top of that, half my order was missing, and to make things worse, I actually found hair in my food. Completely unacceptable. I expect much better quality and care when ordering from a place like Chipotle. Definitely not ordering from this location again.

I just had the most pleasant Chipotle experience I’ve ever had and I have been going to Chipotle a lot more recently so this will definitely keep me coming back for more!! I had a wonderful girl help me and she gave me everything exactly how I wanted, was super friendly, and had a very positive attitude with both her coworkers and customers. I asked her to write her name down on the receipt, I believe her name is Shanna!

When I walked in
Older guy in the corner, eating this food with gloves on. Wiped his face with the back of his glove. Then came up and tried to make my food with the same gloves on. When I asked him if he was going to change his gloves, he insisted they were fine.

Food is always good at chipotle but this location charges extra for everything that the others don’t. They squeeze every cent they can out of you and are rude about it. Any other chipotle I’ve been to I’ve been able to get sides of salsa dressing anything besides queso or guacamole for free but this location charges for every single little thing you get that the other locations don’t.

This is the most disorganized Chipotle’s I’ve ever been in. The wait was crazy long because they were understaffed and they kept running out of things. They had run out of sautéed vegetables a long time ago and seemed to have no intention of ever replacing them. That means a vegetarian coming in would have no good options. Something was wrong with the cash register. People were waiting at every step along the way. This branch needs new management. The staff did not know what they were doing and seemed completely unsupervised and lacked any kind of direction about how to handle disgruntled customers. They all seemed miserable. One of them even admitted to me, when I commented about the fact that there were no vegetables and no plans to replace them , that the place was complete chaos all the time.
