While waiting to be attended, I noticed one of the grill cooks get behind one of the workers and grope her and she looked very uneasy. Wouldn’t come back to support this business again

My first time visiting a Chipotle restaurant. Let me walk you through my incredible journey. As I approached the lightly dimmed doorway I felt this was the moment I would truly be happy with my life. I went up to the counter greeted by a woman who was born ready to serve me Mexican food. I ordered a rice bowl and watched the magic unfold. As we walked down the line, I watched her slop a scoop of rice into my bowl followed by a touch of black beans and a heaping mound of steak that seemed it was prepared 7 hours ago but still succulent. She asked if I wanted queso and I yelled “F*ck yeah dude” but we weren’t done yet. The mild pico was gently layered on top and the corn was blended in with such finesse. At this point I felt I was going to blow up my bathroom later this evening so I insisted on enough lettuce to cover the shame and guilt nestled in my bowl. At the end of this magnificent experience I grabbed a bag of chips and punched them on top of my bowl with my fists and dug in. The first bite was a sweet melody of flavor. It felt like there was an orgy of deliciousness happening inside of my mouth hole. As I left the restaurant I looked back and said to myself “you did it” and knew in that moment I would never be back to that store but I’ll look forward to next one I go to.

What are the hours? On here it says you close at 11pm on Sat. The door says 10 pm. I show up at 9 and doors are locked with staff cleaning up.

Don’t go to this location. I have came here twice and something is always wrong either no lettuce no guacamole or like tonight very burnt and dry chicken disgusting to say the least. Very disappointed

The service was fantastic. Fast & friendly workers, the like was to the door, and within a min, I was ordering my bowl. The place needed a good cleaning and the food was okay. The rice being tossed in With fresh rice, it was noticeable, beef was tasty and overall was okay. The staff made the experience go from 4 to 6.

The Front Line Crew & Grill Cooks were very argumentative and rude.
The cashier attempted to resolve my issue.
*No toilet paper in the bathroom when I first arrived to clean up for lunch. While I was ordering I was met with eye rolls and an argumentative demeanor about what I was getting for lunch and how much I was asking for. A grill cook joined in on bullying and laughing at us.
The interaction threw me off guard. With the way I was left feeling my family and I will not return to this location anytime soon.

I have been to multiple Chipotle's. I always say it will be my last, but somehow, I end up going every once and a while. It's expensive for a very average burrito. I would much rather support a small burrito shop. Nothing special but for the most part consistent.

Guy with exposed hair was very cheap with portion. Had to get double meat to get a descent portion. Even with the sides. Had to pay 20$ for a mediocre amount of food. Truly truly disappointed at this place overall. The griddle looked filthy. And huge line but staff standing around like it’s no big deal. I usually go to Manchester and staff there is awesome. But this place in Holyoke is beyond rescuing. I wish they would think about the Customer and serve them what they pay for. I was so so disappointed with my meal. Not good at all. I couldn’t even have whit rice cause they were out. For 20$ I couldn’t even eat anywhere. I got robbed today by chipotle….. such a sad day. The portion sucked. Rice was hard too.

Oh boy. What an experience. Zero customer service. I mean zero. Staff had Flat affect and seemed indifferent to our presence. Thank goodness, the food was tasty, because the portion sizes were small, and the appearance of some of the food was quite concerning. The pot of pinto beans was dried up like a cracked desert. Not sure why they allowed it to get like that or look like that. And the lettuce that we were served was frozen. We watched the guy behind us take his bowl to the trash and literally take off every piece of frozen lettuce. Just a normal chipotle experience these days……..

Go in tonight, got about a quarter of a bowl and a skimpy bag of "large" chips. Walked in and stood around while we watched 5 employees joke around, glance at us, and then half scatter to the back like they were working. Meanwhile, there is one emplpyee on the grill who has the one serving me asking about brown rice multiple times as if he didn't leave rice in the cambro after skimping me. Normally I would politely ask for more, but I couldn't manage to open my mouth without saying how disgusted I was with the state of the restaurant and the amount of employees working to stare at us upon arrival. It's amazing food prices keep going up, we add more employees, for the service to be terrible and the place to be groas. Dirty tables everywhere, and most areas have clearly not been wiped down (i wouldn't touch the soda machine with a 10 ft pole). Go to any other chipotle or McDonald's around the corner. Should have walked out when they were too busy joking and having us stand around. Whoever the supervisor on shift was is clearly a friend not a leader.

Don’t go to this location, I ordered food and it was wrong. I went back and when I got my order remade it was still incorrect. The decided that the items I wanted in the quesadilla should go on the side and not in the quesadilla itself. Absolutely the worst location to go to.

I've never been disappointed with a Chipotle until this visit. The dining area was a mess. The trash cans were overflowing. The restroom had toilet paper on the floor and needed attention.

Ordering took forever. They have one person doing Uber eats and takeout via pre-order and one person serving customers. It would probably behoove them to have both people focus on the line every once in awhile!

The ordering process was painfully slow. There were at least 15 people on the line.

The front serving team and the back culinary team were arguing over orders placed for new rice and proteins. Somebody needs to come in here and show these people how to run a restaurant.

The food was fine. There were no issues. It was sanitary, but I won't be visiting this location again.
