I wish I had the option to give 0 Stars I placed an order for 3 Cinna buns. A fork wasn’t included in the bag when I went back to ask for a fork the woman wearing the pink shirt. She’s not wearing a name tag informed me that I’m only allowed to have a fork if I was to place another order when I simply explained to her, I’ve already placed an order and all I needed was a fork. She said a forks is only for paying customers.

I had a multi order with DoorDash the other day. Both pick ups were in the Holyoke mall. I did the pick up in the food court first. Which of course wasn’t ready when I got there. Afterwards, I tried calling Cinnabon to find out where they were located in the mall. The first time I called somebody answered and said they were too busy and hung up. I called three more times after with nobody picking up the phone. I ended up just parking and walking the mall. Of course I chose the wrong floor and I was a good 15 stores off. By the time I got there, I was super late and both orders should’ve already been delivered. So imagine how annoyed I was when I found out they hadn’t even started this order. Three drinks and then they got food as well. Like 15 minutes before I got out of there. I was the only customer there! Cinnabon annoyed me so much that I swear I will never pick up another food order from the mall ever again!

The most unfoodlike substance I’ve purchased in a long time, this was my first experience of this product and beyond never again I’d happily take part in destroying the franchise. Tough, insipid parbaked dough, smeared with chemical tasting cinnamon and a suspicious white effluvium, beyond sweet it left a chemical taste in the mouth. The owner’s most obvious wish was that I leave a tip (I picked a box up off the counter) and then made himself scarce with almost unbelievable rapidity. Possibly he didn’t want to take any responsibility for my response to the product. I don’t understand how this was ever popular though I realize that was along time ago, maybe before we had nice things?

The staff is so unprofessional, they do not understand what customers are trying to say. The manager specifically will talk about the customers behind their back in what I am assuming is Spanish. There were several hairs found in a Cinnabon I for one had that encounter where there was a hair in one of the big Cinnabon's which is just disgusting. They are just plain rude and disrespectful!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The Cinnabon's sometimes are not cooked thoroughly either just plain nasty Mrs. Fields is 10x better than this place. The workers look miserable and overworked.

The girl behind the counter was taking a personal call on her cell phone and using foul language to whoever she was talking to. She wasn't paying attention to the fact that she bagged my mini-rolls the wrong way and they ended up squished together.
