Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Waitress was sub par, took our order, someone else delivered it. Got rolls with the meal (biscuits were off the hook), no butter or jelly with the rolls. Had to ask for ketchup for meatloaf. Wifes potatoes were stone cold, she wanted some barbecue sauce but no one came around, I wanted a drink refill but no one returned. Waitress came back with bill after we were done. Not a great experience, place was only half full..esp after all the time I spent sticking up for them as our "go-to" On the road during the recent dust up. Oh and to top it off when we bought something from the gift shop the line was horrendous and the lady never even tried calling for back up.

As always enjoyed our meal and browsing the store

So was exhausted. Ordered on way home from work. Delivery. Uber eats. Waited 1 1/2 hrs. App had first person delivering by bike. Ok. Maybe 20 minutes by bike. Then one car, then a different. Finally called restaurant to see if my food had been picked up. Yep. Ok - expected 1/2 hr at most. No one showed. Called restaurant. Manager was accommodating. I went in my PJ’s and picked up. I had already payed. Uber Eats had cancelled my order. I was still charged for delivery. By this time I didn’t care. No offense to Cracker Barrel- but no food or expense was worth this. Will not be ordering from here again.—-But have to say the lemonade was great.

My niece and I had a great lunch in Holyoke ,Ma restaurant. She loved her chicken tenders and milk with a candy straw was a fun surprise! My meatloaf meal was fabulous as always. We both picked up some cute items in the store, which is always fun to visit around any holiday. Thanks for a good visit and great value.

Took my Mother out for her Birthday and everything was excellent 👌. She left very happy so job well done and see you next year.

We had a great experience. The Cracker Barrel is my autistic son's favorite resturant. He loves the food and the atmosphere. We had a great server who was very attentive. I gave it 4 Stars total to the entire chain because they're taking away the chicken pot pie!!! Why? That's the best comfort food ever! So sad!

Typical of layout for this restaurant chain, rocking chairs lining the front, enter through the gift shop to get to the restaurant. Usually, quite busy so you browse or rock in front while waiting. In my opinion food is pretty plain but as expected. They do have some pretty neat antique stuff hanging on the walls, but pretty typical of a travel rest stop.

I had an amazing experience as always at this Cracker Barrel. My breakfast was cooked to perfection. I like eggs cooked slightly wet which is difficult to do. The chef cooked them exactly the way I like them.

I love cracker barrels, the pancakes are my go to! That being said sometimes its a hit or miss with service. But generally its a good experience! This visit was good although our service seemed a little overwhelmed and forgot a few things but I dont blame her because there was a rush at the time.

Had a bad experience with steak was greasy undercooked unfortunately that was not what i expected i used to enjoy crackers but not anymore.

Great ambiance. Food cooked to perfection and prompt. Friendly staff. Antique decor all over. There's also gift shop inside, Clean Restrooms. Plenty of parking. I would highly recommend.

Had went into the restroom 🚻 it stunk really bad someone had smear poop all over seat. I told one person he went and told the girl where we pay and she knew about it. Cause she said I know but nothing was done about it. This place look also dirty. I will never eat here again.
