We were traveling from NYC to Ashfield and had to make a u-turn, not to miss this treat. We are all from the south but live in NYC. not only was our experience incredible, but our service was IMPECCABLE because JAMILLIE (forgive me for mispelling) was an absolute ROCK STAR, taking care of us like FAMILY! she was attentive, double checked on items, was above & beyond on service and even went the EXTRA MILE, making sure we had all we needed for TOGO because our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. She even made sure the other staff assisted with a brush celebration. All in all JAMILLIE deserves 10 GOLD STARS ?!! Thanks girl for making our stop EPIC! May all your dreams come true & your customers be as fun & pleasant as we were. ?

The sit-down meals are much better than the take out meals. My meat loaf was hard as a rock, and the dumplings didn't taste right. If you're able, enjoy your meal there, the atmosphere is very nice and the service is exceptional.

Whom ever gives 5 stars is plain wild! The food is disgusting. The staff and atmosphere were great. Eggs cold, sausage patties tasted like stale slim Jim's. The sausage gravy? Was it flour and water? Yes. Sorry for this review but being totally honest

We ordered three meals for take out Sunday evening. Two of the meals were cold when we got them. I ordered the roast beef and it was tough and rubbery. By Monday evening my husband and I were sick with nausea and vomiting. It caused me to miss a concert Monday evening that I spent a lot of money on. My diabetic husband ended up vomiting for 2 days. We will never eat from this location ever again, which is too bad because we love Crackerbarrel.

Had the country fried steak it was awful tasted like scrapple it was definitely not steak! The green beans were horrible! Have not been in 25 years and now remember why!
