I asked for sunny side up eggs but I got scrambled instead. Then she acted like I said scrambled. I don't ever eat scrambled eggs when I go out so how r u going to tell me that's what I ordered. Then when we got our food the waitress was talking so loud to 2 other employees about a customer. So unprofessional. Wrong order...talking about customers for other customers to hear. That's very impolite and if you have some things to say then do it in the back . When I went to check out and used my debt card....I was told I couldn't check out yet. They needed a manager because I had a card n not cash????don't make sense. So the manager came cause I looked irritated but I wasn't being rude...the manager stopped by and told the girl I could use my card. She cashed me out. The whole process of going there was just unpleasant. Oh I forgot to add...while we were eating our food I noticed another customer getting passed off cause his food was the only food that didn't come out for awhile but everyone in his party's food came already . The waitress was too busy talking to notice that the food was already sitting in the window while that man just watched everyone eat. ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️

Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes to be seated or acknowledged. Waitress was rude. Out of everything we wanted to order. I understand restraunts are struggling to hire since pandemic but this was beyond horrible. The manager was zero help and most of the problem. You need to fire the 2 working this shift and start over. Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant

It's a Denny's. We thought we were going to a Meltdown, but there is no such thing. This feels like corporate marketing shenanigans.I got a melt, it was good. The fries were awesome.My wife got a sizzle, and the veggies tasted like that bag of mixed veg you pull from the back of the freezer, you know, the one that's mostly frost bite. Not good.Parking: The parking lot is located in a larger plaza. People drive without regard for speed limits and lines.

Showed up for an afternoon bite on a Saturday and got told they weren’t taking tables for 30 min but they were far from full.

Came in at 2am, service was amazing. Very sweet girl as our waitress! We were trying not to be too much given the time but they made us feel very welcome! Food came out super quick, and the crepes were delish!!

This Dennys has been through a lot in the past couple years. Since Covid we have had trouble hiring and getting people to work. Those of us that have been. Here for years are trying our hardest to make this Dennys Great again, it is hard, but we have not given up. We love our customers even the ones that don't think so great of us. We will keep fighting to make the Dennys the best!Thank you so much to all our great customers!!!!

I was at the Holyoke Denny's and this old lady working at the counter gives me a bunch of gibberish about how the staff needs to "catch up.," I ask her what she means and she takes off and doesn't come back. More and more people start gathering behind me. We're all kept waiting for a good ten or so minutes before somebody comes forward and says they can't seat anybody for at least half an hour. And there were plenty of open, cleaned booths! Catch up on WHAT? Along with just about the whole line, I left feeling totally disgraced by the service of this restaurant. Get WHAT together? What kind of retards do you have working there? Do you just pull people off the street and dress them in uniforms? Do you feel sorry for them? I've always loved the food at Denny's. But the service you provide is an absolute disgrace! Is this your purpose in life? If you don't want to be of service to the public, close down! Nobody deserves to go to a restaurant and receive such senseless, careless service! I don't know about other Denny's restaurants. But this one in Holyoke, Massachusetts sucks! Don't go there!

I haven't been to Denny's in a long long time!! The menu is still awesome as always! The food in the service we have last night was pretty good for almost midnight!! You definitely have to try the turkey bacon BLT It is amazing!!

I placed a curbside pickup order. After parking in the designated area, I called the posted number only to reach a busy signal. I tried several times over the course of about 10 minutes, and could not get through. I was hoping the line was just tied up, even though I could see into the building and did not notice anyone on the phone; in fact, when I finally entered to grab my order, there was not a single costumer in the building and the 4 visible employees were all standing around, avoiding eye contact with me.I'm guessing they were feeling awkward as I am disabled and require a mobility aid to get around, and they could all clearly see me as I could see them through the window while I was outside calling the line they probably intentionally left tied up. Finally, someone approached and asked if I had an online order (as if being the only car in the lot and being parked in one of the curbside spots didn't make that evident enough). I gave him my name and he handed me my order. I considered asking to speak to the manager on duty, but they were clearly one of the individuals present in the building and therefore a party to the issue of this encounter.After all of that, I get home only to find that they messed up my order and added an allergen that I asked be omitted in the special directions, and now I can't even eat the meal for which I paid and went out of my way to get.Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location and would not recommend it.
