i don't know why i keep coming back to this same location when just about every single time i order from here i either A. get the wrong order B. missing items or C. the food is over cooked and not edible.

this particular location has a recurring issue that makes me very concerned. Every time I order hot food here ( hash browns mostly ) , it has a strong artificial, almost plastic or chemical taste. It’s not something I’ve experienced at other Dunkin’ stores, so I don’t believe it’s the standard recipes or ingredients , it seems specific to this location. The “flavor” is so strong that it makes the food nearly inedible, and I worry it may be caused by improper cleaning practices or chemical residue on equipment. If cleaning products are not being rinsed off correctly, that could pose a serious health risk to customers. I’m leaving this review because I believe higher management should be aware of this issue. I don’t want to see customers get sick, and I also know most Dunkin’ stores don’t have this problem. I hope this location can be inspected and corrected quickly so the food quality matches the usual standards.

I want to give props to Jade, who was wonderful. I frequent this store and I'm usually greeted by friendly, but incompetent children. Jade took our order, helped us determine what donuts were available, double checked our order and at the window needed no reminder as to what we bought. I do not know her and have never met her but I was beyond impressed with how efficient and pleasant she was. Pun intended.

Can't take orders properly in the afternoon, don't waste your money

I live two blocks from this location but I normally drive fifteen minutes to Chicopee when I want Dunkin’ This place has made my order correct maybe once out of 25 times. One time, I actually managed to get a refund, but it took an hour of my time. Obviously, I make more than $5 an hr, so whenever they get it wrong I know to just call it a loss. Today I rolled the dice again on this location, and never will I again. I don’t think the employees there even realize how much money and time they rob you of. They’re too busy having a mental breakdown behind the counter to give any care to the accuracy of your order or your wait time. Terrible staff, terrible management.

Everyone there is exceptional, well mannered and the service is perfect. Reyna is one of the employee there and she is so kind especially with kids. And they always get my ice coffee right😊

Slow service. In the drive thru. Literally like 6 or 7 people working in the back and still waited a while in the drive thru. Got to the window, several employees just chit chatting looking at their cell phones.

They closed the women bathroom and are having customers use the men instead while they’re employees using the women bathroom! So disgusting ? this is the first dunking I see who’s not allowing women use the women bathroom!!
Hope corporate puts them employees on check! Also bathroom weren’t cleaned…
