stopped here on a long drive and the entire staff was so nice. I have an allergy and they were really respectful about it and it was probably one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts experiences that I had. The girl there was especially sweet!

I went in to pick up a mobile order at around 9:20 in the morning. It was pretty busy, the drive-thru was full and the employees inside were rushing to get orders out. But the one girl at the drive thru window with glasses and green hair was complaining at all her other coworkers that they were "moving around and not standing in one spot" while she was just standing there hardly doing anything. She was swearing at them and making them look bad in front of the customers while they were clearly working fast to get the orders out. I felt embarrassed for them because they were clearly working hard while she was just standing in one spot berating them. I don't know about anyone else in the restaurant but I felt uncomfortable just hearing it. That's not the first time I went in and the same girl had a bad attitude.

Always understaffed so makes it hard on employees who are at work, daytime manager leaves without making sure next shift is staffed so employees end up closing lobby and only taking drive thru. Orders have lots of mistakes and drinks made wrong but then you feel horrible asking them to remake because there is only one or two employees running around doing everything and it will back up there orders even more. The owner and managers need to do better at this location, I always feel bad for the employees who show up to work

there’s usually a massive line, but every time the staff are so kind to me. I’ve never had a bad interaction with them! all the bad reviews probably don’t understand the stress the staff is dealing with, and if you wanna complain about the wait, go elsewhere.

Just waited 10 minutes in drive thru, saw kid picking his nose and then making coffee, another girl making a frozen drink with whip cream and it over flowed so she used her finger to remove the whip off. DON'T recommend and Eric you need help there. When this first open it was my go to Dunkin's, now now forget it. I even have a video of this!!!!!!!
