Morning manger ( Spanish lady ) is very disrespectful to her employees. Seen her this morning talking at young lady very disrespectfully, very foul play I would say, I come to this Dunkin often and this isn’t the first time I saw this from same manger. I wouldn’t want my daughter working or even ordering from here, to much drama and food always cold. You have workers standing around . Very unprofessional in morning time . But I will say I’m very impressed on how that young lady dealt with the situation. Clocking out and walking out. No one should be disrespecting employees in front of customers

My family ordered Dunkins, but because I have 3 sick kids I didn't want to go out in 8 degrees weather with them, we did doordash. They forgot our Donuts. Doordash did nothing for us, so my husband went over to see if he could just pick up our donuts that were missing. Dunkin workers told him we didn't order from them, but then said oh yeah your dasher was a female, wrong again because our dasher was a white male. This Dunkins has no clue what they're doing and was rude to my husband trying to say he was lying at first. And they wouldn't even give us the donuts when they realized they were wrong and messed up the order for doordash.

Sat at drive through for 3 minutes with no response. Said hello multiple times. Got to window and was informed I would have to re enter the line of 5 cars now when I had already been there for ten minutes at this point. Met with very rude and unprofessional staff. I kept giving them a chance and even had to coach their employees on how to correctly make coffee in the past because they’re not given adequate training. Not sure if it’s the location, or just management, but I’ll do everything I can do drive this locations business down until they find adequate management.

Worst Dunkies I have ever been to!!! It takes more than 10 minutes to get an iced coffee and then when you do get it; it’s completely messed up and not how I ordered it. I have this same experience over and over. Guess it’s time to start making my coffee at home.

Worst dunkin hands down. I rarely go to this Dunkin’ Donuts because they always seem to mess up my order every time I go there. I was passing by so I decided to stop through the drive drew to get my coffee. I get my usual large hot regular cream and sugar with 4 pumps of caramel swirl and 4 pumps of coconut shots. I say it the same every Dunkin’ Donuts and usually comes out the way I like it. I received my coffee with only cream and sugar so I told them I asked for caramel and coconut shot. They give me the coffee back tasting exactly the same. I go inside this time to ask for them to add more since they didn’t add the amount I asked for to begin with and the shift supervisor said with an attitude that she has to charge me for more caramel and coconut. I looked at her like she was delusional. This store is full of employees who don’t take the job seriously and could care less about their customers. I’ve seen this place go through so many employees and they just can’t get it right. This place should be shut down and move somewhere else.
Nice folks, but they always seem to mess up even the most simple order. Ordered a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and got an un-toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. Didn't help that even at 8am the bagel was super stale.

I went to drive-through at 7 PM last night at the Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered an egg and cheese wake up wrapped with three other peoples orders that I Did not have a chance to order yet. The employee of Dunkin’ Donuts told me that they stopped serving food at 7 PM because they need to clean before they close at 8 PM. Is that standard policy? I’ve never had that happened to me at a Dunkin’ Donuts.
