They take way too long too take an order at the front counter while still tending too the drive thru the food came back Stale and the 5 dollar meal is awful

This place has messed up my husband and my order 3 times we've been there so far during first shift. They are unprofessional and don't seem to know how to do their jobs correctly. I don't recommend going here. We only do because it's the closest Dunkin to us. They suck!!!!!!!!

Morning manger ( Spanish lady ) is very disrespectful to her employees. Seen her this morning talking at young lady very disrespectfully, very foul play I would say, I come to this Dunkin often and this isn’t the first time I saw this from same manger. I wouldn’t want my daughter working or even ordering from here, to much drama and food always cold. You have workers standing around . Very unprofessional in morning time . But I will say I’m very impressed on how that young lady dealt with the situation. Clocking out and walking out. No one should be disrespecting employees in front of customers

My family ordered Dunkins, but because I have 3 sick kids I didn't want to go out in 8 degrees weather with them, we did doordash. They forgot our Donuts. Doordash did nothing for us, so my husband went over to see if he could just pick up our donuts that were missing. Dunkin workers told him we didn't order from them, but then said oh yeah your dasher was a female, wrong again because our dasher was a white male. This Dunkins has no clue what they're doing and was rude to my husband trying to say he was lying at first. And they wouldn't even give us the donuts when they realized they were wrong and messed up the order for doordash.

Sat at drive through for 3 minutes with no response. Said hello multiple times. Got to window and was informed I would have to re enter the line of 5 cars now when I had already been there for ten minutes at this point. Met with very rude and unprofessional staff. I kept giving them a chance and even had to coach their employees on how to correctly make coffee in the past because they’re not given adequate training. Not sure if it’s the location, or just management, but I’ll do everything I can do drive this locations business down until they find adequate management.

Worst Dunkies I have ever been to!!! It takes more than 10 minutes to get an iced coffee and then when you do get it; it’s completely messed up and not how I ordered it. I have this same experience over and over. Guess it’s time to start making my coffee at home.
