This location cannot be serious. I live close so I frequent just this Dunkin - I've had at least 8 almost ENTIRE orders completely ridiculously WRONG in the span of 2 months.
I'm talking dairy in nondairy coffee, which had real repercussions. Wrong meat, wrong cheese, no cheese, NO EGG??? At some point I had a sandwich that had 2 pieces of bacon. And nothing else. Guys....??? Coffees blatantly wrong, wrong size, wrong flavoring, a total of 4 donuts have been completely forgotten from orders.
In the last 2 months, I've had maybe 3 correct orders. I'm done. Are you guys serious? I've worked at a Dunkin. It's bagels. You're putting cheese on a bagel and still getting it wrong. Get a grip. Finally a sign to stop ordering Dunkin forever. Save yourself and get a bag of bagels at Stop and Shop and don't stop here even if it's the last place available on earth.

Drive through used to be kne of the best around about 8 months ago now it's one of the worst moves slower than a snail I go out of my way not to come to this one

Went in to this dunkin at 830 pm to get my daughter a bagel a short woman with a nose ring couldn't see her name name tah was on the side of her hat told me the kitchen was closed store closes at 9. It was a bagel for my daughter after a difficult situations she wouldn't turn the oven on gave me a hard time then walked away from the counter and wouldn't let me order. Horrible customer service would have gave no stars but you cant
Tried ordering the Brown Sugar Shakin Espresso thing. The two guys working there really couldn’t figure it out. There were maybe five people who came in during the 15 minutes it took them to make this gross crap that’s like 2/3s full… they messed up each persons order.
