Went in to this dunkin at 830 pm to get my daughter a bagel a short woman with a nose ring couldn't see her name name tah was on the side of her hat told me the kitchen was closed store closes at 9. It was a bagel for my daughter after a difficult situations she wouldn't turn the oven on gave me a hard time then walked away from the counter and wouldn't let me order. Horrible customer service would have gave no stars but you cant

Tried ordering the Brown Sugar Shakin Espresso thing. The two guys working there really couldn’t figure it out. There were maybe five people who came in during the 15 minutes it took them to make this gross crap that’s like 2/3s full… they messed up each persons order.

This is absolutely the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to even if you are the only one in line, expect the wait to be at least 10-15 minutes.

Came 20 mins before 9 pm staff is sitting in the dining area playing on their phones not answering the door or intercom in the drive thru. Doors were locked and they close at 9 this is bullcrap

This dunking donut is absolutely horrible! I ordered a coffee and hash brown bowl and waited almost half an hour to receive it! My food was cold and priority was given to this stupid door dash pickup they do!! I will never go there again!! Upper corporate should listen and read all these complaints and hire people that actually want to work and not idiots that act like it’s high school that to be honest probably never graduated!!
Save your time and money - avoid this Dunks. The place is dirty, service is sluggish, and food and drinks don’t resemble (or taste like) what you’d expect from any self-respecting Dunkin location.

you would think since i contacted corporate that this wouldnt happen again and yet again they mess my whole order up. such a simple order and they cant get it right. i asked for a bacon egg n cheese & i got a plain bagel wtf??
