This was the longest wait for Dunkin I’ve ever sat through but once you’re in the drive through you can’t leave without waiting. I ordered ahead but it still 30+ minutes to get my food/drinks.

Just head down to the Dunkin on Northampton st - much better

sometimes get my order wrong but are very nice and helpful if you (nicely!) ask them to fix it or whatever :) very kind workers even though working fast food is hell edit, they also made my order amazingly today the hot chocolate was perfect temp and my sandwich was ideally cooked thank u

I've come in 15 minutes after putting a mobile order in while my ticket sat on the printer on a Sunday afternoon while it wasn't busy. Gave away my food the week before because they were buried on 5x star day which was more understandable, but the Sunday following was unacceptable. They looked at me like I had 4 heads when I said I ordered a while prior. Then said "yeah it's been 15 minutes" as they took my ticket off the printer with one person ahead of me. Today, I paid for a bacon egg and cheese with hash browns on my way in and ended up with a muffin. Guess I'll pay triple at Starbucks.

Ten minute wait for 2 drinks. Guy asked us three times if we wanted hot or iced, gave us four straws, didn't know what an Americano was, asked for PSL no whip and got whip. Showing him the dunkin app and he's asking if we're using apple pay. Like I get that you don't want to be there. No one dreams of working at a Dunkin. But at least just do your job. I just wanted a decent Americano.

My order took so long to get it and then wasn’t my order the got me wrong because they didn’t give time to lessen to my order not one time. But more than one time . All Holyoke Dunkin was it so bad i don’t know maybe I am not lucky.

Dunkin's charged me $1.07 just to fill up my water bottle. After one guy was about to do it, another saw and told him under his breath to charge me. Like y'all don't make enough $ already? And they didn't even put ice in it smh. 0/10

Ghetto. This angry chick berated me over the drive thru speaker over what kind of milk I wanted in my cappuccino. She goes "what do you want in it?" I said "I'm sorry?" and she yells "you want it black?" As if there's such a thing as cappuccino black. Then after I paid $5 and change for it I pulled out onto the highway and took a sip. Not only did she not put the Splenda in that I asked for, it tasted like straight up industrial floor cleaner. I guess you could say serves me right for going to a gas station DD but they should really jettison this franchise owner if he's going to drag their reputation through the mud by hiring animals.

Stopped here to fill up on gas at the Shell and grabbed a quick bite to eat. I ordered the Sweet Pepper Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant it was not edible. The croissant was hard and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Service was quick but the food was gross. I ended up going down the street to a different Dunkin and they were kind of enough to remake me a fresh sandwich. This location being next to a gas station should upgrade the quality of food being served to customers.

I am not sure what happened with manners. But this place clearly does not have any zero customer service skills at that window. But this has become the norm. And even with all the bad marks, the manager will not make any changes or address the issues.

I worked here for 2-3 months. I loved all of my co workers besides the one of the managers. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional yelling at her own employees in front of customers, and very un-motivated and demeaning training was given as if I was her child. I eventually had enough and quit & was also the first job/franchise I’ve worked for and had to call corporate to make a complaint. The turn over rate at this location is crazy and it starts with the leadership. There’s a difference between leading and managing , bees work for honey not vinegar.
