Great friendlys! Rarely see them anymore. Sad. The one in hadley/amherst area is run by trolls....i think most people stopped going there when all them rude chicks started working. They always MISERABLE. So we drive to hokyoke from Amherst. Lmao way better friendlys OVERALL.

I used to go to Friendly’s growing up and hadn’t been to one in years. Just had lunch at the Frinedly’s in Holyoke and had the best experience which was 100% because of our server, Brittany! She was amazing!!!! She went above and beyond in every aspect. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such great service.
