First time here. Was immediately greeted and seated. Waitress was super duper nice, pleasant and professional. She was so great with making sure my daughter was taken care of with kid type things to keep her occupied. Took a minute to get the food, but it was worth it. Will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again. Try it out, worth every penny we spent.
Staff was really friendly, especially the manager. She recommended the Philly steak in a wrap, what her husband gets. It was good albeit small. I only got one, but I think I needed two of them. It was slightly overpriced for what you get. The large shake was enough for all five of us. Very flavorful, very good. Wish there was a Friendly’s in Chicagoland.
Great friendlys! Rarely see them anymore. Sad. The one in hadley/amherst area is run by trolls....i think most people stopped going there when all them rude chicks started working. They always MISERABLE. So we drive to hokyoke from Amherst. Lmao way better friendlys OVERALL.
